Nutrition and consistency at the gym – how to start?
Nutrition is the answer to so many questions that pop up on our health and wellness journeys. Here’s a little taste of how to start:
Nutrition – think of adding in, not taking out. Instead of taking out your sweets, add in more protein, like a nice chocolate protein shake or a yummy protein bar. Add in that glass of water first thing in the morning or a salad before your meals. No need to FORCE yourself to let go of all your vices at one time.
As for exercise and consistency – start small for at least the first few weeks. Then add in some bigger pushes!
