[00:00:01] Hey everybody it's me Kathleen Madigan welcome to Madigans Pubcast. You grab
[00:00:12] yourself a drink, pull up a bar stool, let's talk about what's been going on.
[00:00:18] Welcome! Welcome! Turbites! Termitos! I'm out on the road meaning Stevie not me.
[00:00:32] Well I'm on the road yes this week yeah but Stevie's gonna do Hyde Park in
[00:00:37] London in July how exciting would that be? Oh where are all the little European
[00:00:42] fans hello I've got stories for you some are super long.
[00:00:48] I saw the Barbie car.
[00:00:50] Oh Stevie.
[00:00:52] Remember when she took her Barbie car out?
[00:00:54] The Barbie, there's a video she's got the doll in the Barbie car and it comes out and then she's like get her out they're having an accident.
[00:01:01] I'm like oh my god.
[00:01:03] Oh Turbites! Termitos fire! Episode 179.
[00:01:16] What are we drinking first of all we're having a little harp nice Irish beer last of the
[00:01:20] Irish vacation beers found that in the golf bag boom that was for um Tom the caddy and
[00:01:29] he forgot to drink his he was adorable all the caddies were adorable um they all have
[00:01:35] like 18 jobs it's just one of their many jobs and they're all five handicapped golfers
[00:01:39] which is even crazier and then they never get to golf because the fancy courses won't
[00:01:42] let them play when they're off which is horse shit why can't you just let them go out at
[00:01:46] six o'clock you know whatever it's light till ten for god's sakes um that's what we're
[00:01:52] drinking and what are we gonna eat well I can't even believe I'm gonna try these but
[00:01:58] I am here doing the work of the lord for you people Cheetos smoky ghost now if you know
[00:02:05] what ghost pepper is you know not to eat it and I'm gonna sit here and do it I've
[00:02:09] yeah I have my harp chaser flaming hot I don't even know what's on the front of the bag it
[00:02:15] looks like a tiger that's on fire um go oh ghost oh it's an ad for Ghostbusters frozen
[00:02:23] empire a movie exclusively in theaters yeah um wow weird color oh my god this is the kind
[00:02:41] of shit somebody's gonna start a thing on tiktok eat the whole bag and then there's
[00:02:44] gonna be a dead teenager I mean how do we not know this at the meeting how do we god
[00:02:51] dang I am not a business person but you pass this around at the meeting and go good idea
[00:02:55] no no no no no this is how children die the children save the children from themselves
[00:03:03] because they'll think it's hilarious Snyder's I love their pretzels everybody wants to do
[00:03:09] something Nashville related these days whether it's music or now it's Nashville hot chicken
[00:03:14] that's on every menu everywhere I go in the world and it's I love hot chicken but only
[00:03:19] here yes I don't once you go out it's like people say st. Louis style ribs on menus and
[00:03:26] you leave st. Louis they're not st. Louis style ribs no they're just ribs but they want to act
[00:03:30] like they're special but they don't know how to make st. Louis ribs anyway these are pieces of hot
[00:03:34] chicken pretzels two of my favorite things you combine them no no no they taste like that orange
[00:03:49] dust whatever that no work of the Lord Jesus and it's early in the morning I'm burning my face off
[00:03:59] no this last one is truly the work of the Lord you know when I say just leave well enough alone
[00:04:09] I don't know why people can't uh Hidden Valley Ranch which I love Lou hates it he always goes
[00:04:15] there's a reason that ranch was hidden I'm like oh Louis you're too fancy has combined ranch with
[00:04:23] the cheese it and it's the real one cuz it's their logo it's this is sold out at a grocery
[00:04:30] store all right let's see oh god it looks wrong this is another one at the meeting I'd be especially
[00:04:37] if it was a Monday morning I'd be like no can't we just go sell some can't we make a funny Hidden
[00:04:44] Valley Ranch commercial and sells more ranch okay I'm doing this with an open mind
[00:04:49] no it tastes like kind of like paint that sat in the can too long and you have to stir it with your
[00:05:06] stick man no no great for dipping yeah I kind of shook it let me even one more try mmm I don't
[00:05:24] see a point I don't see a point to it yeah there's things keep happening on your tongue after
[00:05:29] you eat it where it just explodes but maybe the children will like it I'll have to wait I'm gonna
[00:05:35] save this and wait for teenagers to come and then I'm gonna put it out and treat them like zoo
[00:05:41] animals I'm gonna watch to see if they go for it I'm not gonna say nothing I'm just gonna put it
[00:05:45] in the middle of a bunch of crackers and stuff right and see if they do it so what has been
[00:05:58] happening well I spent a lot of time going through my dad's fishing lures that he gave me because
[00:06:03] it's fishing season but now I can't go well I can go fishing but I haven't opened my fishing boat in
[00:06:09] a year because I haven't been been busy something got in there all termites that fish what could
[00:06:17] have done this the boat was covered on a lift now the very back of a bass boat the flaps don't
[00:06:25] completely close they do go over it something got in and I think I trapped it ate the driver's seat
[00:06:32] there's foam everywhere there was it definitely went to the bathroom a lot in the boat and then
[00:06:38] tried to scratch it the V I know and then I thought oh my god it's got to be dead something a raccoon
[00:06:44] it's all I can think of termites what could do that the lift was up so it had to be able to
[00:06:50] jump it's not like a beaver or a river otter or a goose they might lay eggs at one time a duck laid
[00:06:58] eggs in they don't have claws I don't know my plan was to do all that and then I was shocked and then
[00:07:05] I had to clean all that up which was disgusting and I was trying to get the spiders out and power
[00:07:09] washing so if Canadian geese had claws I'd have to move because they're already territorial enough
[00:07:19] and they've all got kids now they're like they've grown up their teenagers are so cute when they're
[00:07:24] little then as teenagers they're still cute cuz they're fluffy and then they turn into adults
[00:07:28] where they only look good in a painting and I want to kill them is that googled it and they literally
[00:07:32] shit in a pound an hour what yep Google it they're just machines of yeah it's gross it's all over the
[00:07:40] grass and I don't I mean they're pretty in a painting but you know what is their purpose and
[00:07:47] then I saw this Canadian redneck who I fell in love with he got real sick of the geese you're
[00:07:51] not allowed to hurt him and I don't want to hurt him I just want him gone he built a tiny fence
[00:07:56] around his cove of barbed wire because they fly in like like an army and then they come up like an
[00:08:04] armada and they come from the water they don't come by land they fly into the lake and then they
[00:08:09] come like this but if they saw the barrier they'll go to the next cove that's what I'm hoping so when
[00:08:15] my neighbor sees me down there with a tiny hammer and tiny barbed wire fence and then he's gonna
[00:08:20] come down and go Kathleen what the fuck are you gonna do what are you doing and I'm gonna say don't
[00:08:24] you worry about it I'm protecting everyone's home not just my own thank you very much I'll bring it
[00:08:29] up at the next HOA meeting and the cost of this barbed wire from Lowe's will be incurred to the
[00:08:34] HOA so everybody doesn't have to worry about their lawn guy whoever may that may be running
[00:08:41] over goose shit or a goose so that's what that's what has been happening I don't and there's no
[00:08:50] Queen well here's what's also happening on doing the work of the Lord my friend Dax is coming to
[00:08:57] town so we are gonna go downtown and go to the Patsy Cline Museum which I will review for all
[00:09:03] of you if you've never seen that movie where Jessica Lange plays Patsy Cline and Ed Harris
[00:09:08] plays a boyfriend you should go watch it then we're gonna go see Lainey Wilson's new bar it's
[00:09:16] it opened very quickly I don't know how they design I mean then you watch the Garth show and
[00:09:23] you're like I thought it was supposed to take like you know a long time yeah but hers isn't
[00:09:28] directly on Broadway so I don't know and Morgan Wallens new bar has opened and that is not directly
[00:09:32] on Broadway either you got it but it's right next to the Ryman so he gets points for that she got
[00:09:36] the location that I'd go no I don't know it is by the footbridge so it's the first one you see if
[00:09:43] you come walking over from a concert or a football game or whatever I don't know but I will give you
[00:09:50] full reviews so if any termites are ever coming in Asheville and want to know my top five I will
[00:09:56] give my top five at the end of this because I don't think there's any other new ones opening
[00:09:59] that I know of I do know you have to go to Garth's to get Trisha's chicken fingers I do know that for
[00:10:05] a fact I'm gonna take Dax there he's never had so that's it I have no Queen news Dolly's been very
[00:10:14] quiet Tanya oh Tanya please follow Tanya Tucker on Instagram she was giving her chickens a bath
[00:10:21] in her sink what is named Loretta hen as after Loretta Lynn and the other ones Tanya clucker
[00:10:28] those are the two that we met in that video she's just a hundred percent exactly you get
[00:10:34] Cher very quiet yeah don't know what's going on there um Jelly Roll quiet he's doing stuff but
[00:10:42] quiet and yeah they're all out on the road Snoop I have um I'm King news about Snoop and um Tay Tay
[00:10:51] quiet over in Europe somewhere or is she back is she done with Europe another month where's left
[00:11:00] to go oh my god Lewis was supposed to do some comedy festival festival in Lisbon I don't even
[00:11:05] know why Lewis would agree to that to a comedy festival where English isn't their first language
[00:11:10] but he did and Lisbon forgot that Tay Tay was coming and they had to cancel the comedy festival
[00:11:16] because she's even ruining other arts she's destroying other art forms I don't think the
[00:11:29] comedy I don't know the comedy festival they moved it or something I don't know but I know
[00:11:33] alluded wasn't it wasn't happening oh she was in Madrid but she was in Lisbon as well right oh
[00:11:40] she's in Madrid now where's she going where's she going I'm not going again this this round maybe
[00:11:49] next time maybe when she is 35 where's she going Amsterdam Oh Lewis was just there yeah he had a
[00:12:04] show there too no he had that one cuz that was like a month ago he's been gone forever
[00:12:11] Leon France Lewis is going to Los Angeles for the premiere of what inside out to where he plays
[00:12:20] the what the part of anger that's his voice and he wanted me to go but I have to work and even if I
[00:12:26] didn't have to work I went once I did my duty as a friend I went one night would go again it's just
[00:12:36] I don't like those red carpets and just when you think it's always 75 in LA no it'll be like 102
[00:12:42] and then what do I wear and right yeah they should give him a red jacket I'm gonna call him and tell
[00:12:50] me she'd wear a red jacket for anger yes and he looks good in red yeah he always looks tan and
[00:12:58] his hair oh it's great now but gray goes good with red yeah I'm gonna call him tell me he needs to
[00:13:06] go back to that place and get a red linen jacket linen because it's gonna be hot but how do you fly
[00:13:12] it to LA without it getting wrinkled you're gonna be that asshole in first class that's can I please
[00:13:15] hang up properly I'm a roll in their eyes dude learn how to pack right where am I going we know
[00:13:27] where Tay-Tay's going here's where I'm going West Hampton this coming weekend boom Charlestown West
[00:13:33] Virginia casino love it that's June 16th June 29th Portland Maine LBC my friend Peter and his wife
[00:13:40] July 19th and 20th Borgata which is there's a sad update no it's fine my shows are fine but I was
[00:13:50] very excited because I was gonna be in Atlantic City when the Jake Paul Mike Tyson fight happened
[00:13:54] and Mike has a bell tummy ache is some sort of tiny ulcer and they've postponed the fight it's
[00:14:01] breaking news they have postponed it and I cannot believe it's 2024 and I'm googling Tyson fight I
[00:14:08] can't believe if you would have told me in 1989 when we all spent $85 and had a house party to
[00:14:14] watch Mike Tyson eat somebody's ear off that I would have been googling this in 2024 I would
[00:14:20] have said you're crazy but so it's not gonna happen but I was so excited because I'll be in
[00:14:24] a casino and and that well no I'm still not I mean I still wish it was happening because I know the
[00:14:30] casino guys would save me a seat in the bar where the thing yeah anyway July 26 San Antonio Texas
[00:14:37] July 27th Austin Texas August August August August 2nd August Marietta Georgia August 3rd
[00:14:47] Cincinnati Ohio well August 10th Niagara Falls Ontario I can't wait to go down to that little
[00:14:53] bar and have a beer it's a terrible I could do I could sit there all day yeah Hampton Beach
[00:15:00] New Hampshire that's August 24th Labor Day weekend the Venetian Las Vegas my signs already up my
[00:15:07] little friend Dorf went to go see oh my god the dead at the sphere I mean if you're a dead person
[00:15:14] that he said it was by far excluding the birth of his children the single greatest night of his life
[00:15:20] he's 50 just remember that and he said oh I won't even go into what but he just and then he tried
[00:15:30] to talk me into going because they're going they're gonna be there till August I said Dorf
[00:15:34] first of all I don't do hallucinogenics I do I do beer or seltzers or wine but not it at the
[00:15:42] cat's right I wouldn't drink wine like that unless it's a slow concert like James Taylor well Sarah
[00:15:48] McLaughlin I'll drink wine it seems appropriate um but no I'm not going I know the visuals would
[00:15:54] be great I go you know what I'd rather see Dorf March of the Penguins there I want to see fucking
[00:16:00] penguins all over above me on the side of me I guess they do show movies there in the day it's
[00:16:05] the Vegas fear but anyway he took my picture there already have my sign up so good for you
[00:16:11] Venetian if you're listening thank you for the advertisement September 6 Terrytown New York
[00:16:17] September 7th Wilmington Delaware September 13th Columbus Ohio September 14th Lexington Kentucky
[00:16:25] September 19th Oklahoma City haven't been there in a very long time very excited to go see Oklahoma
[00:16:29] City because that's where they're gonna build the world's tallest building or the United States
[00:16:33] on September 21st Dallas Texas and probably tiny update gonna add a show in Dallas termites are you
[00:16:43] in what do you think about that not for sure yet we got to see what's going on I can't believe all
[00:16:49] these people to not comedians all these musicians canceling tours right JLo the Black Keys I don't
[00:16:58] even know what JLo does except Jenny on the block I mean I then I thought really is it she my age I
[00:17:04] mean I'm my age but I'm not trying to be a pop star can she sell out the Bridgestone Arena in Nash
[00:17:10] Nashville well if I had backup dancers it might be a little more exciting I don't know how do we feel
[00:17:18] about that at the end of every joke that's how I feel about that that's how I feel about working
[00:17:22] with anyone no this is a solo career minus an opening act so no she canceled the whole thing
[00:17:31] yeah first she canceled like eight shows Nashville being one of them these people go into arenas why
[00:17:37] do you feel I think it's cuz it's a tape I really do I think they all went oh well I can do it like
[00:17:43] Madonna did it but come on yeah even even my my friends who went or diehards were like that was
[00:17:51] can't continue right but I think they see Tay-Tay doing it and then they're like oh I can do it and
[00:17:57] then you can't why does everybody have to be in an arena I don't I don't even get it so speaking
[00:18:04] of music what are we watching go watch the Paul Simon thing I think it was on Amazon just put
[00:18:13] in Paul Simon movie I don't remember what was called it's a two-parter cuz Lewis goes well I
[00:18:18] saw the second part I'm like Lou it's a movie it's like a two-part movie you needed to watch
[00:18:25] the first part first I forgot about Carrie Fisher I did not know that art Garfunkel wrote nothing I
[00:18:32] thought they collaborated oh no little Paul was a brains behind a machine however good luck finding
[00:18:40] arts voice again unless Google art Garfunkel and his son singing with him and they look alike
[00:18:46] and he sounds exactly like him it's amazing but I for the children listening Paul Simon was part of
[00:18:52] a group called Simon and Garfunkel and they were super great and then he did so he kept going in
[00:18:57] his own career and I meant to Google what happened to her Garfunkel but I forgot I'm curious as to
[00:19:02] what art does these days but he probably doesn't need to do nothing if he's getting 50% of all that
[00:19:06] because it's still being played everywhere this is a little off track I forgot to do my update of
[00:19:10] my king update I do have a Snoop Dogg update he's auctioning off his own memorabilia while he's
[00:19:18] alive this is so great why didn't people think of this before why wait till you're dead like I
[00:19:24] literally took a whole day and I threw two giant trash bags filled them contractor bags full of
[00:19:30] just junk garbage shit I don't want to see anymore if Snoop Dogg did that half probably one of those
[00:19:36] bags yeah you could all people want it yeah right whatever for him not me nobody wanted nobody wants
[00:19:42] my now I take it to the golf course and I give it to the Guatemalans yeah the clothes and stuff
[00:19:47] they get excited it's probably at some swap meet they're probably looking at my clothes going first
[00:19:52] of all but they're my height yeah I mean we're all same size yeah anyway so most of these items
[00:20:04] usually go up as an estate thing after they're dead and then the items end up in the hands of
[00:20:11] people who knew how to monetize them and then the profits went to the seller in the auction house
[00:20:14] which commonly takes 20 to 30 percent of the sale right so you don't need that if you're Snoop just
[00:20:20] get online start auction and shit off and then some artists have gotten wise to the hustle and
[00:20:27] refuse to sign autographs even seeing them pop up on eBay days later for ludicrous sums once too
[00:20:32] often now one artist is partnering with the new sports and music auction house to take that hustle
[00:20:37] in his own hands and that is of course Snoop Dogg the iconic rapper partnered with the realest a
[00:20:43] memorabilia auction yeah auction company founded and produced by radio host Scott DJ ski Kenny
[00:20:52] the auction off items with his full participation the offering rate offerings range from relatively
[00:20:58] low and items like photos PlayStation's autographed writers and playstations yeah autographed writers
[00:21:06] well we've been talking about writers maybe I'll autograph one of mine will do give I'll give it
[00:21:10] to charity we'll give it to some some charity production books to be autographed TV scripts of
[00:21:18] episodes of the voodoo boondocks he voiced platinum disc master recordings although the copyrights to
[00:21:25] the music do not come with the tapes ha autographed jackets and jerseys even a death row records chain
[00:21:31] and a custom box autographed by Snoop yeah he said this is the shit that we have but we didn't
[00:21:37] know it was worth something Snoop says of the project that he calls the shiznit good for you
[00:21:46] Snoop good for getting ahead of the game cutting out the middleman especially when you're dead you
[00:21:52] don't need people taking money from you when you're dead on top of it as if they're not taking
[00:21:56] enough why we're alive update the children are at it again Oh Oh the children this girl she's
[00:22:09] definitely wanted a child a climate activist has been arrested for sticking in adhesive poster on
[00:22:15] a Monet painting at the Museum d'Orsay now I've been there it's in Paris there's two major museums
[00:22:22] in Paris well there's many but the Louvre and Museum d'Orsay Musee d'Orsay is awesome how did
[00:22:29] they let this lady in with a poster I mean I the action the action by the woman at um this was to
[00:22:39] draw attention to I like this one global heating like heating and air like HVAC like it's the Lords
[00:22:45] it's the Lords HVAC mother nature's HVAC she's mad about it you know everybody understands there's
[00:22:54] something weird going on yeah they called it global heating though instead of warming it makes me laugh
[00:23:00] I'm gonna start throwing that out at the bar to my friend Mark when he starts talking about it I go
[00:23:04] do you mean global global heating just to confuse him Kathleen what are you talking about do you
[00:23:10] mean heating not warming anyway the action by the woman a member of riposte elementaire a group
[00:23:20] of environmental activists and defenders of sustainable food production was seen in a video
[00:23:25] posted on X by placing a blood-red poster over poppies a painting by the French impressionist
[00:23:32] Claude Monet in a video she said the poster was covering more nays art this nightmarish image
[00:23:38] if there's no alternative put in its place I don't disagree with these kids right something's
[00:23:44] getting weird yeah that's you know I don't know I know there's a tornado every five seconds and
[00:23:50] I don't have a tornado shelter I know that and when I was a kid there would be like two tornadoes
[00:23:54] a year whether you're in Kentucky Tennessee Missouri whatever now there's one a week and
[00:23:59] the sirens only work the first Saturday every month when they're being tested they don't work
[00:24:03] when the tornadoes no but this is not the way to do it I mean yeah you got attention and then
[00:24:10] people go you're a jackass why would you go root you know what there was glass in front of it so
[00:24:15] technically it's not ruined but this is there's just got to be a better way humor work gets more
[00:24:21] flies than anger so if you want to track more people to your cause why don't you start getting
[00:24:27] funny it is a merch idea Monet's painting completed in 17 1873 chose people with umbrellas
[00:24:37] strolling in a poppy field it's protected by glass Musee d'Orsay did not say immediately they didn't
[00:24:44] respond she reclaimed she claimed responsibility and then there's all the other tax and you know
[00:24:51] oh and she has a shirt on that says like for so it's obvious this kids up to something this is
[00:25:00] not a normal shirt it's like a protest shirt t-shirt um you know stop the kid she's up to
[00:25:09] something that's what they that's why they need old people like me sitting there going man I like
[00:25:13] that shirt it's the one place you could just be totally free to say whatever right at security
[00:25:20] yeah I don't like I don't like her shirt I find it suspicious um this article was amended because
[00:25:28] earlier mistakenly they said the painting was not behind glass that's the other thing now we got to
[00:25:33] put everything behind glass because you guys are letting people in with soup and he's a posters
[00:25:38] I mean come on security um that was my mic up that ties an update but we already did that update
[00:25:45] oh I forgot to say what else I was watching okay so what this was this is a really good one this
[00:25:56] was on Netflix it's called a nearly normal family I started watching it I thought why is there do
[00:26:03] big and looping here and then I'm like oh well when they're talking the words aren't matching
[00:26:12] their mouth they go in and redo it whatever what's this it was there Swedish actors that's
[00:26:20] why it's good though and the you do not notice it after a while it's about a murder and if anybody
[00:26:27] does that correctly it's the Swedes it's so creepy and it's only like five episodes so you're not
[00:26:33] commit maybe four you're not committing to a whole lifelong thing a nearly normal family and then the
[00:26:39] other one Ripley my friend drew told me about but then Lou was like well I couldn't even watch it
[00:26:45] I thought it was too pretentious because it's in black and white I go why is it pretentious just
[00:26:50] because it's right he had a million other reasons I said well drew told us the first episode is hard
[00:26:55] to get through and then it gets good 100% agree with drew five stars on Ripley five stars on a
[00:27:05] nearly normal family I think Ripley's on Amazon and oh it's on Netflix they're both on Netflix
[00:27:12] I um and I did watch a lot of the hockey and I'm just stating here for the record for non-sports
[00:27:19] fans is only take a minute I've been trying to watch a French Open because my friend Lorraine
[00:27:26] yeah that's tennis she loves it and I try to keep up but I can't get it I don't I'm trying to keep
[00:27:32] up but the hockey my prediction is Florida will win the Stanley Cup I would prefer to see Edmonton
[00:27:40] because it's been too long and Canada deserves it paddles yep yep Connor McDavid needs to light it
[00:27:46] up like the Michael Jordan that he's supposed to be he did have one magical play in the game last
[00:27:50] night but we need a lot more than that the Panthers are like 12 years old watch out they're on fire
[00:27:56] so young and the basketball I barely keep up but I'm predicting predicting a Boston Celtics win
[00:28:07] mainly because uh Jason Tatum no just because the people on um first take say so your boyfriend
[00:28:14] yeah my yeah Steven Smith I'm just copying yeah Jason Tatum is from Missouri so I should
[00:28:21] root for them yeah I don't have a team yeah clearly ever since Michael Jordan and Charles
[00:28:27] Barkley quit I was like yeah I don't really like it anymore
[00:28:33] I'm the worst basketball fan ever I totally jumped on the bandwagon with Michael Jordan
[00:28:37] and then there was Dennis Rodman there were just so many people that were so interesting you couldn't
[00:28:41] look away no and then uh Carl Malone all those guys and then I don't know it just it was a
[00:28:47] hard act to follow maybe they're picking it up I'll watch the finals I'll commit to that
[00:28:53] if it's on in a bar update we have more crazy billionaires oh boy ready for this
[00:29:03] a year after Titans up remember the Titan sub implosion an Ohio billionaire says he wants to
[00:29:09] make his own voyage to the Titanic wreckage when are you people going to realize some spots are
[00:29:14] jinxed it's a cemetery leave it alone and let's not spend all your money on this no um a billionaire
[00:29:21] from Ohio um he had his idea just days after Titan met its fatal end Patrick Leahy fine Irishman is
[00:29:29] gonna potentially kill himself for this co-founder president of Triton submarines is no stranger to
[00:29:34] deep dive expeditions he was oh he's a second Canadian Canadian billionaire yeah this is your
[00:29:41] fault yeah he's gonna visit the bottom of the marina trench and then nearly 30 he told the
[00:29:49] wall street you generally spent years working on making submersible submersibles submersibles
[00:29:54] that's hard one to say safe for deep dives making sure his company vessels were certifiably safe
[00:29:59] then when last year's implosion happened uh killing the vessel's overseer and captain
[00:30:04] and the kid let's not forget the kid there were concerns that nobody would trust such
[00:30:10] exhibitions so he's gonna do it it's unbelievable um
[00:30:16] yeah i mean why why why would you do that why we have movies of the Titanic right we know what's
[00:30:23] down there we have there's it's all over YouTube you could go watch see anything you want to see
[00:30:28] the kitchen i'll show you the kitchen you want to see the steering wheel they've got i don't i like
[00:30:33] leonardo dicaprio version oh go watch the movie yes Kate Winslet was great Leonardo DiCaprio
[00:30:41] adorable um this guy's been uh the the remains of the Titanic are 12 500 feet under water giving
[00:30:50] the sub just enough certified range to reach it the imploded titan sub was not made of acrylic
[00:30:57] not made of acrylic and only had a certified range up to 1300 meters you can't defeat m
[00:31:02] meters guys who wrote this article that is bullshit did the BBC write this no CBS one or
[00:31:07] the other one or the other they haven't said when they're gonna do it but they're doing it
[00:31:14] update now here's something that's worth the time and money okay china is playing nice
[00:31:22] and we're getting two more pandas in dc now i can't believe i ran over and saw those pandas
[00:31:27] before they were departed and i deported they were very cute i just didn't have a lot of time

[00:33:36] a termite a termite chinese speak well you don't have to be chinese but if you're chinese speaking

[00:33:49] uh fedex is gonna transport them i wonder if they come in a box are you gonna sign for them
[00:33:54] do you think you have to sign for them no no just leave them at the front gate
[00:33:58] we don't need them signed for i hate signing for shit there's always a note
[00:34:05] just leave them um they'll be quarantined for um 30 days upon arriving yep and then the public
[00:34:13] date um has not been set but by the end of the year that's what we're hoping
[00:34:21] update i have an anadolvide update i have another one i have another one anisorkin anadovi whatever
[00:34:30] you want to call her she doesn't really care fake heiress anisorkin the convicted con honest and
[00:34:36] fraud star who fooled new york social elite has released a country song stop it stop it she'll
[00:34:43] probably have her own bar down here by next week yeah where are you going anadolvide where who's
[00:34:47] that uh the lady who talked like this on the netflix show she's a fraudster you lied to one
[00:34:53] of the biggest banks in the world that's not fraudster that's too cute you little fraudster
[00:34:59] you're a fucking criminal um yeah and and a felon i believe
[00:35:07] a country song um she teamed up with tiktok's tic-tac songwriter brooke butler and the band
[00:35:13] audio chateau for the song while under house arrest in manhattan titled what the hell it will
[00:35:19] be featured as the intro song and theme song to her podcast the anadolvi show according to deadline
[00:35:25] it's a two and a half minute track that includes vocals by sorkin recorded
[00:35:28] from a phone call she made while imprisoned on rikers island
[00:35:32] she can be heard saying my name is anadolvi
[00:35:39] well i'm gonna go listen to it i'll give you a full review
[00:35:45] the new track uh will get radio airplay the producer guy thinks thanks to her notoriety
[00:35:53] what got which got boasted by the netflix limited series inventing i don't know
[00:35:56] the series dramatized her infiltration into the new york society by pretending to be a
[00:36:00] wealthy analyst chronicling how she dipped off major financial institution ripped off yeah
[00:36:06] 275 000 fraudster fraudster please update okay i may owe my southern missouri ends a tiny apology
[00:36:19] bigger no because i'm not sure okay
[00:36:25] so these yeehaws that tried to auction off grace land without permission and run away with the
[00:36:29] money who said they were from missouri well they were registered in missouri and all signs pointed
[00:36:36] to missouri well now a nigerian ripped fraudster company is claiming they did it but they just want
[00:36:45] credit you got to prove you did it somebody's gonna find out who it is if they even care enough
[00:36:51] i mean it's so ludicrous they may just let everybody off the hook i don't know
[00:36:57] my friend michael stumberville said i miss this one i don't know but um
[00:37:03] um okay that's funny so noceny investments was the company the records indicate it's
[00:37:11] connected to missouri and florida but searches with the secretary of state's office in both
[00:37:17] places so to show that the business is not registered in either i mean how you can file a
[00:37:24] a lawsuit without your companies being real right somebody should have caught that somebody
[00:37:30] i don't know who um nazi investments right she said well riley caught it but i'm saying
[00:37:40] but yeah somebody should be in trouble for filing a fraudulent lawsuit to begin with
[00:37:45] nazi investments claims lisa marie took out a 3.8 million dollar loan and it intended to collect by
[00:37:50] auctioning off the estate then riley said this is all bullshit um there was no loan money and
[00:37:58] graysome was never on the table the smoking gun was a notarized deed of trust between lisa marie
[00:38:03] and noceny um but now there's a nigerian guy who's saying we did the whole thing
[00:38:13] we steal that's what we do and we went big um right you know who they are the the question is
[00:38:22] um who who will show up when this case goes to court we'll present our side of the case of the
[00:38:29] case on wednesday at that time if anyone shows up we'll respond to anything they assert so they're
[00:38:34] just gonna get away with it it sounds like i'm gonna stay on top of this termites because that
[00:38:40] number one is the funniest story i've ever read that that's what they're trying to do but
[00:38:43] in the nigerians are smarter than that you know what they steal perfectly everything yeah i almost
[00:38:49] fell for one to win a yeti backpack i did and i thought kathleen don't be your mom go look at
[00:38:56] the email that sent it and it was like foodie cray cray i'm like okay this is a dick sporting
[00:39:02] goods because it said dick sporting goods and it look it was like click here to start i'm like
[00:39:06] i i would like a free yeti backpack sure and then i was like stop it i didn't do it but
[00:39:13] she
[00:39:19] update okay um i'm i don't know if you guys are bored with me talking about restaurants that are
[00:39:27] failing all i know is last night when i poured olive garden ranch on my salad at home i'm really
[00:39:33] gonna be sad if olive garden goes under i'm gonna have to go hoard all that parmesan ranch
[00:39:38] it's so good it's a perfect summer too it's light enough once you mix it all up but um and and
[00:39:44] breaking news one of the renovated cracker barrels is not far from my house and i'm gonna be going
[00:39:51] really yes i'm gonna make a video cool and then we'll see this this podcast takes action
[00:39:58] it doesn't just sit here read shit i go out there and i work the story we need pancakes
[00:40:05] that's right i love when you go in some of them they're like we have bloody marys and then they
[00:40:10] explain what a bloody mary is i'm like oh my god if you have to explain to people they shouldn't
[00:40:15] have one here's a little update about red lobster okay are you angry that your favorite red lobster
[00:40:22] closed down wall street wizardry had a lot to do with it see it's not just the shrimp no red
[00:40:28] lobster was we know all this on may 19th and file a bankruptcy following closing almost 100 locations
[00:40:37] they had legions of fans and 36 000 workers assigning blame for the company's failures is
[00:40:43] tricky but some analysts of the root of red lobsters woes was not the endless shrimp promotions
[00:40:47] that some have blamed yes the company lost 11 million dollars from the shrimp escapade
[00:40:53] a lot of fucking shrimp
[00:40:57] i would have just loved to been in the post meeting okay whose idea was endless shrimp again
[00:41:03] bob bob you were 11 million wrong you have misjudged the fatties in this country
[00:41:08] you have misjudged america's will to eat when shit is free you you're fired
[00:41:15] um yes the company lost all that money and suffered from inflation oh we can't blame inflation
[00:41:21] because then everybody would be closed higher labor costs same thing everywhere else but a
[00:41:26] bigger culprit is um a finance financing technique favored by a powerful force in the industry known
[00:41:32] as private equity the technique this is hard stay with me termites because my head exploded a little
[00:41:40] bit when i read this and then it was like tiny bit like right above the eye yep the left eye
[00:41:48] right there where my septum is deviated
[00:41:53] um it's colloquial known colloquial uh known as asset stripping has been part of a retail chain
[00:42:00] failure such as sears mervin's and shopko as well as bankruptcies leaving hospitals
[00:42:06] and nursing home operations like stewart health care and manor care that had all been owned by
[00:42:12] private equity you know who one of the king of private equities was mit romney yes he's big
[00:42:17] private equity guy asset stripping occurs when an owner of an investor in the company sells off some
[00:42:23] of his assets taking the benefits for itself and hobbling the company yeah because they did it with
[00:42:28] uh what is it staples or office depot uh he was staples i think was the office depot google mit
[00:42:35] romney um mittens there's no employees i could walk into both of them well office depot even more
[00:42:44] because if i go in there to get paper and all that i mean there's nobody working there i feel
[00:42:48] sorry for who's ever left it's like abandoned i would just turn on my own music and make it
[00:42:51] like a disco and start serving shots staples he was staples yeah that's not so they strip
[00:42:58] all the assets and then take the money um a common sense of asset stripping is known as sale
[00:43:05] leaseback and involves selling a company's real estate this type of transaction hobbled red
[00:43:09] lobster so they took the land and then made them rent yeah i mean that helps i mean why why why
[00:43:18] we do when i think they just want to kill i guess they want to kill them and take the money
[00:43:23] um the sale leaseback to help sink red lobster was involved in the july 2014 sale of the premium
[00:43:30] real estate underneath 50 of its stores i mean 500 so 500 stores they sold the real estate the
[00:43:34] buildings on so now they have to rent to stay on the property they owned which generated 1.5
[00:43:40] million billion but the money didn't go back into rap lobster it went into the private equity firm
[00:43:45] to finance its purchase of the chain red lobsters oh my god why do they allow this shit
[00:43:53] so it's not just america being super fatties no we are we ate 11 million dollars extra worth of
[00:44:01] shrimp we like shrimp i love shrimp so much love it holy shit they found it
[00:44:10] man finds mammoth skeletons in his wine cellar stop it
[00:44:16] i would start digging here all i'm all i'll find is civil war stuff if i find anything right
[00:44:21] the remains of three stone age mammoths have been uncovered within an ancient wine cellar
[00:44:25] proving providing incredible new insights into how ancient humans have may have hunted the extinct
[00:44:31] beast describing the find as the most specific significant of its kind in over a century
[00:44:36] researchers have said the bones are probably 30 to 40 000 years old the discovery was made by
[00:44:41] andreas perner stoffer while renovating his wine cellar in goebbelsberg which lies to the northwest
[00:44:47] of the capital vienna after coming across what he initially thought was a piece of wood
[00:44:51] he remembered his grandfather telling him that teeth had once been found at the site leading
[00:44:56] him to suspect that the item may have been of prehistoric age wow uh-huh it's been 100 years
[00:45:03] since anything comparable to this find has been unearthed in austria or its neighboring countries
[00:45:08] and the bones from those digs are usually lost to modern research however goebbelsberg does have
[00:45:14] form when it comes to stone age relics as flint artifacts jewelry and charcoal were discovered in
[00:45:19] the cellar next to pern store for some 150 years ago you imagine you're just gonna go redo the
[00:45:26] basement you're like oh look i found a mammoth it's crazy yeah all right there you go there's
[00:45:32] another one this one holy shit they found it dinosaur hunter stumbles across million dollar
[00:45:37] fine it's every child child's dream to wander into the garden and come face to face with a
[00:45:42] real life dinosaur that would not have been my dream no no how about a beagle i don't need a
[00:45:50] goddamn t-rex who would want that who would want that what kind of dream what kind of nightmare is
[00:45:55] that i walk out and there's a giant lizard that's gonna eat me it's not a nice lizard
[00:46:03] carnivorous lizard wow you never know so hold on okay this guy encountered dinah uh
[00:46:11] uh this guy goes around the southwest he likes to look for things um he never came across the
[00:46:18] specimen quite like the one he stumbled upon a couple years an animal so massive that if it
[00:46:22] it appeared on a london street it would measure up to an old double decker route master bus though
[00:46:28] you'd want to be careful which one you boarded oh it was an enormous stegosaurus in excellent
[00:46:34] condition for a beast that spent the past 150 million years uh below ground it's being auctioned
[00:46:41] off for shit tons of money it's almost 11 feet tall and fully 27 feet from the top of its head
[00:46:47] to the tip of its scaly tail yeah it was his 45th birthday and when his friends asked what he wanted
[00:46:54] he declared the best gift would be a new dinosaur so they set out as they walked up the side of a
[00:46:58] mountain he spotted a femur bone sticking out of a rock wall we looked around my friend said
[00:47:04] found some vertebrae i said oh my gosh this is turning out to be a really great birthday
[00:47:09] wow yeah well yeah well we need them um it's gonna go under the hammer set to
[00:47:17] fetch millions of dollars in new york see no this should be in a museum right why are we
[00:47:22] gonna auction this off to some crazy person where are you gonna put it where it should be in the
[00:47:29] smithsonian it should yeah news
[00:47:35] for all of you evil kenevil fans i'm one of them well i'm not blood related he was a cousin by
[00:47:43] marriage so my dad said and i couldn't believe that after i sat there and watched all those

[00:47:53] evil can even is i do not blame you especially if you wanted the children evil was a daredevil
[00:47:58] we don't really have those anymore because people just do dumb shit all day long on tiktok
[00:48:06] that's why when the government gets so bad they're stealing all of our things
[00:48:09] yeah look what they have to plow through to get to it look at the shit they gotta watch
[00:48:16] he jumped the snake river at the grand canyon on a motorcycle he did crazy as shit and he really

[00:48:27] special he broke every bone in his body i mean he crashed a lot i'm shocked he never died and
[00:48:34] then his son became evil there was an evil junior or baby evil call him baby evil i like it uh he

[00:49:02] time this year the museum's decade dedicated to motorcycle daredevil robert craig kenevil
[00:49:06] no uh known as evil kenevil spelled e-v-e-l not like evil eval um it helped bring tourism to the
[00:49:16] city it will close it will be moved to las vegas and open sometime in 2025 um they have mixed
[00:49:22] feelings this is our hometown we've been proud to represent it uh to have it reside in topeka for
[00:49:27] the past seven years we welcome guests from over 80 countries um yeah i don't what to topeka i know
[00:49:35] they might be exaggerating a little bit on the books somebody yeah paddles go in and sign like
[00:49:40] you're somebody from a different country every day just pick a country um yeah so i can't think
[00:49:47] of a better place to display the legacy of evil than vegas yeah he did most of his um added family
[00:49:54] brand owner and las vegas resident kelly kenevil son of evil kenevil he wrote that on facebook with
[00:50:01] guts charisma and showmanship he built a legacy this is still going strong 50 years after that
[00:50:05] crash at caesar's palace we've all got we got all my dad's memorabilia plus the latest and greatest
[00:50:10] razamataz razamataz who still uses that word wonderful fitting for the king of daredevils
[00:50:17] i don't know why was it in topeka is that where he's from see if see where evil's from
[00:50:24] well i don't know he married somebody in argansaw that my dad said somehow was related to us
[00:50:31] yeah there's a lot of rounding but you know he didn't seem to make it a big announcement
[00:50:35] so um it didn't really let's see where is he from
[00:50:42] butte montana huh okay butte montana back then nobody was from butte montana that ever left
[00:50:52] i guess evil got bored oh there's a sign there put put why is the evil kenevil museum in topeka

[00:51:27] lax maybe nobody else wanted to pick it up maybe um you know what we'll update this news
[00:51:35] i know about this album i haven't heard about it in a long time because i love the wu-tang clan
[00:51:41] i love them such a great biopic too i know the world's rarest album to go on display in australia
[00:51:52] it's the wu-tang clan one do you remember this yeah housed in an ornate silver box once upon a
[00:52:00] time and sha lin recorded in secret by the wu-tang clan over six years ago was designed to
[00:52:07] be a piece of fine art only one single cd copy exists really yep i remember when they auctioned
[00:52:14] it off the record by pioneering hip-hop group is the most expensive ever sold currently it's on
[00:52:21] to tasmania tasmania's museum of old and new art over 10 days in june mona will host small
[00:52:30] listening parties where members of the public can hear a curated 30-minute sample of the album
[00:52:35] the album is part of the names dropping name dropping exhibition which examines status
[00:52:40] notoriety and quote the human pursuit also known as social media i would look at that go too hard
[00:52:48] let's see what's in the next room yeah what is the human pursuit of what of what what am i pursuing
[00:52:56] every once in a while an object on this planet possesses mystical properties that transcend its
[00:53:00] material circumstances said the curator of the thing once upon a time and sha lin is more than
[00:53:07] just an album so i knew i had to get it to this exhibition formed in satin island in the early
[00:53:12] 90s wu-tang is said to have revision of revolutionized hip-hop forever but it's also
[00:53:16] known for their violent sexually explicit lyrics there's a lot going on there i am yeah yeah i am
[00:53:23] um the record uh recorded in new york city was produced between 2006 and 2013
[00:53:30] it includes the nine surviving members of the group and features share oh and game of thrones
[00:53:38] actress carise van hooten not sure which lady that was it includes a hard cover hard handcuffed
[00:53:46] hand carved nickel box and a leather bound manuscript containing lyrics and certificate
[00:53:51] of authenticity and it's and oh yeah it's it is gorgeous it's unique uh it's a unique original
[00:54:00] rather than a master copy of the original as a result only handful of people on the planet have
[00:54:05] ever heard snippets of the 31 tracks a group of potential buyers and media heard a 13 minute
[00:54:11] section in 2015 and disgraced drug firm executive martin shrickel i hate that guy shrickley whatever
[00:54:18] he bought the album for two million and he streamed clips of the music on youtube to celebrate donald
[00:54:24] trump's 2016 election victory he was later forced to hand it over to the united states prosecutors
[00:54:29] in 2018 after being convicted of defrauding investors it was then sold to digital art
[00:54:34] collective pleasure in a statement pleasure said the moaning listening the mono listening parties
[00:54:39] which will run between these dates whatever we're not going to be in tanzania um god
[00:54:46] oh good i'm not going to tanzania no no new zealand's too far i've been to australia
[00:54:54] everybody says uh new zealand's like more wild which is appealing but it's just too far i could
[00:55:01] just go get lost in the woods in tennessee you know what i'm saying yeah there's no reason for
[00:55:05] all that um big news for the children okay there's gonna be a millennial saint stop it yes
[00:55:15] now this is gonna be probably a five minute deep dive termites so if you're not interested in how
[00:55:21] one becomes a saint and what happens go get another drink or go to the bathroom whatever
[00:55:26] you want to do go pet your cat go pet your dog come back in five minutes but i've always especially
[00:55:33] being raised catholic and going to catholic schools the process of becoming a saint
[00:55:37] i could not stop laughing at well most of the things i was taught i could not stop laughing
[00:55:43] in a good way i'm not saying i don't know maybe it's true it's just we put so many rules on things
[00:55:50] sometimes it would just be easier to be a baptist i'm just saying there's a lot of rules
[00:55:56] a lot of things to learn when people say well how come you guys don't know about the bible
[00:56:01] i had to learn 10 000 saints 10 000 and there was no google and then there's a thousand that
[00:56:06] are patron saints which means they're specifically in charge of a thing lost items travel entertainment
[00:56:14] two thanks there's a two you and there's no google so i had to remember i had to learn that this is
[00:56:19] what i spent my time this is a corporation these are the people in charge of these departments
[00:56:23] a lot of vps a lot of oh my god they went a little crazy with the vp titles this is how you become a
[00:56:30] saint you ready yeah step one careful wait five years oh shit i don't want to burn down house
[00:56:37] um step one wait five years or don't the process to make someone say cannot normally start until
[00:56:44] at least five years after you're dead so yeah but like mother teresa they fast-tracked that one
[00:56:50] just saying this allows time for emotions following the death to calm down another one we don't want
[00:56:57] anyone hysterical getting involved all right and to ensure that the individual's case can be
[00:57:02] evaluated objectively some have to wait a long time before they reach catholic sainthood saint
[00:57:07] bead the theologian he died in 735 but had to wait 1164 years before he was declared a saint
[00:57:17] well that's some bullshit for saint bead yeah right uh the waiting period can be waived um
[00:57:26] the pope benedict the 16th set aside the waiting period for his predecessor john paul the second
[00:57:32] 2005 this was uh thought to reflect the overwhelming hierarchical support of john
[00:57:38] paul to blah blah john paul also uh fast-track mother teresa and her process began two years
[00:57:46] after she was dead okay step two become a servant of god this is where i fall out yeah this is i'm
[00:57:54] i mean i'm doing the work of the lord but not full-time no no i have to earn a living
[00:58:01] yeah i'm eating a lot of cheese dust shit that's probably gonna kill me
[00:58:04] over though once the five years is up or a waiver is granted i love that we have waivers right
[00:58:12] the bishop of the diet uh of the diocese where the person died can open an investigation into
[00:58:17] the life of the individual to see whether they live their lives with sufficient holiness and
[00:58:21] virtue to be considered for safety other religious groups to the uh can also ask the bishop to open
[00:58:28] the investigation evidence is gathered on the person's life and deeds including witnesses uh
[00:58:33] witness testimonies the closest i could have ever been to saint francis of assisi because i really
[00:58:36] love animals yeah i could have done animals all day if that counts um even his statues he's always
[00:58:43] holding a squirrel or some shit i like it yeah yeah they're not the normal it's not just your
[00:58:49] regular run-of-the-mill you know look at my rabbit short-haired cat right
[00:58:56] but he probably figured everybody else taking care of those
[00:58:59] um once the case is accepted for consideration the individual can be called a servant of god
[00:59:05] step three this is where it gets super hard if you want to be a saint show proof of life
[00:59:13] proof show proof of a life of her uh of virtue the congregation for the causes of saints
[00:59:22] scrutinizes the evidence of the candidate's holiness work in science that people have been
[00:59:27] drawn to prayer through their example if the congregation approves the case it's passed on
[00:59:30] to the pope if the pope decides the person lived a life of heroic virtue then they can be called
[00:59:37] venerable venerable venerable venerable popes who have bestowed the title of venerable include pope
[00:59:45] paul the sixth and pious the 11th no 12th it also includes irish nun catherine mccauley who founded
[00:59:55] the sister of mercies that's who my mom worked for and the scottish nun margaret singler step four
[01:00:01] step four this is where it gets really hard because you have to do things after you're dead
[01:00:10] yep that's asking a lot the next stage is beatification a miracle needs to be attributed
[01:00:17] to prayers made to the individual after their death so when i'm dead if people pray to me enough
[01:00:24] i gotta do something for them okay and if you can prove that i did it i'm on my way
[01:00:29] the pair the prayers being granted are seen as proof that the individual is already in heaven
[01:00:34] and hence able to intercede with god on others behalf incidents need to be verified by evidence
[01:00:40] before they accept it as miracles in the case of john paul vatican experts examine the medical
[01:00:45] evidence of allegedly miraculous cure from parkinson's disease of a 49 year old french
[01:00:50] nun sister marie simone pierre norman sister marie said that her fellow nuns prayed for the
[01:00:56] intercession of pope john paul after his death her sudden cure had no logical medical explanation
[01:01:02] that counts yeah now if you have to do two of those though oh yeah oh god we want to make
[01:01:10] super duper sure this wasn't a fluke and that you're awesome yeah um
[01:01:17] oh there is an exception to the miracle requirement if you think it can you do it
[01:01:21] a martyr joan of arc someone who died for their faith can be beatified without a verified miracle
[01:01:30] yeah this is what we're spending a lot of loopholes a lot of meetings a lot of information
[01:01:36] step five canonization it's the final step in declaring a diseased person as a diseased person
[01:01:43] a saint disease to reach this stage a second miracle needs to be performed um and attributed
[01:01:49] to prayers to said person uh martyrs however only need one miracle oh you still need one one
[01:01:55] god dang i died for the faith not enough um i got burnt at a stake not enough kathleen that was a
[01:02:02] good effort but you know what i don't think you're giving 100 i think you're giving 75
[01:02:10] the second miracle of john paul um was a inexplicable recovery of a costa rican woman
[01:02:16] named flora beth mora from a serious brain illness okay yeah she said he did it okay so
[01:02:23] that's how you get to become a saint in case you didn't know all that too hard um no too hard no
[01:02:31] i like to keep this podcast light and easy and breezy well we got an italian teenage
[01:02:36] community computer wizard set to be the first saint of the millennial generation oh my god
[01:02:43] it's so great are you kidding nobody manifests like mindy
[01:02:53] 15 year old carlos ecutis an italian boy who died of leukemia in 2006 lies in state
[01:03:03] in a state of being beatified he's already been beatified we fast-tracked him he's been beatified
[01:03:09] by cardinal agnostio valini in italy on 2020 pope francis has paved the way for the canonization
[01:03:16] of the first saint of the millennial generation on third on thursday attributing a second miracle
[01:03:22] to the kid oh here's what he did um he was a computer wizard blah blah he was born in london
[01:03:29] and then he and then moved with his italian parents to milan as a child he was the youngest
[01:03:34] contemporary person to be beatified by francis of his cc in 2020 well how old was joan of arc when
[01:03:40] she died google that when is she like 11 or some shit they always act like she was 48
[01:03:45] joan of arc she was young 19 19 this guy beat her
[01:03:55] well you back down there like she's a witch in salem the girl's nine
[01:03:59] whatever let's burn her at the stake and her mother too her mother's 24
[01:04:10] the pope francis announced he's going to convene a
[01:04:14] meeting of the cardinals to deliberate the canonization of
[01:04:19] acutus i guess that's how you say it acutus acutus tutors is a patron say to the internet
[01:04:26] he's gonna be the first one of the internet yes now i know well not yet he's not saying
[01:04:32] yet but i'm gonna pray when my computer's on the fritz this is who we have to pray to
[01:04:36] you can't say on the fritz then on the fritz because you sound honored i am 100 i am 100
[01:04:41] i didn't use the word razzmatazz that lady did um i'm gonna pray to carlo i like it yep
[01:04:49] he's a patron saint now to be a patron saint i'm gonna tell you about that it's not hard that's an
[01:04:53] easy one but he's gonna get that moniker he used his natural tech talent to create a website to
[01:04:59] catalog miracles and took care of websites to for some local catholic organizations he was a self
[01:05:05] starter while in elementary school he taught himself to use code using a university computer
[01:05:10] science tech book and then he learned how to edit videos and create animation well so it is very
[01:05:16] cool but so far i'm not seeing i agree if i'm at the meeting totally i'm open mind i'm open to it
[01:05:22] but you're just telling me he made a website about catholicism is that enough jonah bark is
[01:05:29] burnt at the stake true times have changed grandma people took vow of silence is their whole lives
[01:05:35] this is and we're appreciative of that doesn't matter um there's one miracle already attributed
[01:05:42] to him the healing of a seven-year-old brazilian boy from a rare pancreatic disorder after coming
[01:05:47] into contact with one of his relics a piece of one of his t-shirts a second miracle recognized
[01:05:57] on thursday is related to a woman from costa rica who in july 22 made a pilgrimage to his tomb
[01:06:03] in a cc to pray for the healing of her daughter who had severe head trauma after falling off a bike
[01:06:08] okay the woman recovered we um recovered immediately as a small child he showed strong
[01:06:14] strong religious devotion that surprised his non-practicing parents you know that sort of
[01:06:20] well my one nephew's insistent that they go to church no matter what wherever the hell we are
[01:06:26] he flips out if we don't go on sunday no even when he was like six now the rest of the week
[01:06:32] he doesn't act like that right he's not all pious what's he doing i don't know maybe he's the next
[01:06:38] one i mean i'm like what we're this is being dominated by a seven-year-old i have to get up
[01:06:42] at seven o'clock and take a shower on a sunday because yeah we need to make him right um
[01:06:52] his curiosity pushed him to study theology in order to answer his question blah he was buried
[01:06:58] in a cc at his own request having become an admirer of saint francis of a cc for his dedication to the
[01:07:03] poor and animals yeah his body clad in a track suit and sneakers has been on display for veneration
[01:07:11] in a sanctuary in the town and his heart has been displayed in uh the basilica of saint francis
[01:07:20] yeah why did you take his heart out right i don't care to make sure he's dead i don't know
[01:07:26] i so a lot of questions well there you go foot of children one foot of children if he died in 2006
[01:07:33] well i don't know when he was born well he was 15 when he died so do that math backwards i can't do
[01:07:39] that forget it it doesn't matter um there's 10 000 saints and we're really not sure like some
[01:07:49] people were actually made saints and then some weren't this is why saint christopher got caught
[01:07:54] up in all of his problems about they took away his st then they gave it back i'm trying to figure
[01:07:58] out when he was born yes 2009 no if he just died he's 15 no he died in 2006 that's why he's a
[01:08:08] millennial carlos put his name in here let's find out when carlos was born carlos acutis
[01:08:18] acutis italian boy 1991 may 3rd okay i think that makes him an eric no taurus he's a taurus i bet
[01:08:32] that's not being brought up at the catholic meeting what sign is he i don't know and most taurus i
[01:08:38] don't seem very saintly they're kind of um stubborn and really kind of not very cooperative
[01:08:45] when it comes to a group decision it's their way or the highway i was thinking more of a libra or
[01:08:51] pisces i'm sure uh i'm sure the pope would kick me out of the meeting as soon as i brought that up
[01:09:00] does that make him an aries or a taurus
[01:09:07] so yeah there you go he's going to be the patron saint of the
[01:09:10] uh internet because that's what he devoted his life to
[01:09:16] here's a little more news
[01:09:20] u.s news and world report everybody does pay attention to this one
[01:09:24] ranks the best and worst states for 2024 just in general well this is what they base it on
[01:09:33] they have um oh my gosh
[01:09:41] they go through this is what is based on health care education natural environment opportunity
[01:09:45] economy crime and corrections crime and corrections infrastructure and fiscal stability
[01:09:52] the analysis encompass thousands of data points across 71 metrics in eight categories to capture
[01:09:57] the 50 states how this 50 states serve their residents okay um as was the case in 2023 utah's
[01:10:04] consistency helped it make a king utah's number one wonderful the state landed in the top 10
[01:10:11] in five categories blah blah blah here's are the best states to live according to this
[01:10:16] let me see if i agree
[01:10:19] utah i just don't agree because i don't like the weather yeah i don't like the cold cold or the hot
[01:10:26] hot and they're they're hot it's hot it's like the desert hot and then it gets cold cold and
[01:10:33] no no um i don't i don't know enough about utah really i've never been to park city i've never
[01:10:39] been in any of those places i am gonna go when i go do salt lake in the fall i've

[01:10:56] new hampshire their their license plate live free or die hey simmer down at the license plate meeting
[01:11:02] okay what we don't need to get that crazy on a goddamn license plate it's supposed to say like

[01:11:13] it's new hampshire that has that number three nebraska oh lincoln oh omaha i can't take the

[01:14:09] love it or list it we're gonna love it okay because the weather is totally doable um and i
[01:14:18] think if we just took a like there's so many people in the northeast like i go to mississippi
[01:14:24] or alabama and go if we could get a bunch of those people and just move on to biloxi
[01:14:32] yes yes it's there for the taking and the weather's you know it's i love the humidity
[01:14:38] and heat though so i don't need to be talked into that um but i mean east coast people are
[01:14:42] familiar with heat and humidity they can do it 47 arkansas i really arkansas is beautiful
[01:14:50] it needs more people yeah needs a lot more people west virginia same thing west virginia

[01:15:48] yep and it just needs more people great golf but also great golf come on people yeah these people
[01:15:54] aren't doing enough it's because their economies aren't good that's why they get ranked so shitty

[01:16:29] west virginia was ranked 46 overall was number 16 in opportunity number 18 in fiscal stability
[01:16:35] while alaska was ranked number 21 in fiscal stability and mississippi
[01:16:39] was number 20 in natural environment i don't know i don't agree but i don't think these they're
[01:16:44] basing it on what i'm basing it on i'm basing it on how many pairs of wool socks do i need to wear
[01:16:50] if it's more than one nope nope nope all right i'm gonna save these for um next week yeah
[01:17:01] all right termites this is a lovely we've learned a lot today sorry if it was a little hard but you
[01:17:07] need to know if there's gonna be a saint what does he have to do he's already done his two miracles
[01:17:11] from the dead and he devoted his life apparently to catholicism so we're going to do two quotes
[01:17:18] and get out of here and the internet's um taylor swift this is on her red tour in 2013
[01:17:27] no matter what happens in life be good to people being good to people is a wonderful legacy to
[01:17:32] leave behind oh thank you thank you taytay um i'll mark that that i read all right dolly
[01:17:42] let's find a good one um reflection on her fitness regime regime in an interview with
[01:17:54] the times there's only one sort of exercise i'd like and it ain't jogging
[01:17:59] if i jogged i'd end up with two black eyes
[01:18:07] yeah that was way before the sports bra
