[00:04:26] So when they had that flood in Waverly, Tennessee, they had a big

[00:04:30] Fundraiser at the Grand Ole Opry and again my friend Brian little dwarf. I said Dwarf. I've never seen it said Loretta Lynn and friends

[00:04:39] Now I knew she was old

[00:04:40] But I thought well this is her people her ranch hand her favorite person got sucked away in the flood and died

[00:04:46] Like this was a personal thing to her

[00:04:49] So he's like I've never seen her either so it was very hard to get a ticket um and somehow dwarf squirrel

[00:04:56] tickets and we went and

[00:05:00] Loretta Lynn wasn't there

[00:05:02] It was every day somebody blew it. I mean it was a great show

[00:05:07] I was still great, you know it but it's the regular ones

[00:05:10] You think you're gonna see if you go to Nashville shows Vince Gill carry underpants, you know the whole the same crap

[00:05:17] all very great performers, but

[00:05:19] Somebody came out second said miss Loren miss letter real

[00:05:25] Miss Lynn sends her love from her ranch and I'm like what a ranch. No, no, she's supposed to be here tonight

[00:05:35] Totally got hillbilly that poster says Loretta. It doesn't say Loretta Lynn's friends

[00:06:14] That's where her ranch is because I had heard through some people that she was mostly in Nashville these days because of her

[00:06:23] Hurricane mills like halfway between Nashville and Memphis

[00:06:26] kind of it'd be a haul to get to a doctor as

[00:06:30] I am discovering with my parents. Can we please live closer to medical attention?

[00:06:35] I will think my parents would stay closer to medical attention if there was a medical building within a casino

[00:06:47] Then they do it. I'm like you're gonna live in room

[00:06:50] I'm gonna get you a suite in 704 at Harrah's or the casino queen and then your doctors are gonna be right down the hall

[00:07:01] In a statement provided the Associated Press is she died her own Tuesday. She said good. She got to die in a ranch

[00:07:13] And then what's really weird though, and I think anybody knows it. I think Crystal Gale had more number one hits

[00:09:49] But I did sneak home some emails dressing but emails pizza my favorite pizza in the whole world and acquired taste

[00:10:13] Cheetos bolitos. Let's see. I don't think you should mess up a cheeto with chili though. I'm a traditionalist

[00:11:39] Yeah, it's actually super duper fun. It's not like you just go to the park go to the ball game and

[00:12:26] What's their CIA M 15 and 15 agent? He conned all these people out of money

[00:12:33] He's full of shit. He's actually very I think super dangerous. I haven't seen the answer

[00:12:37] I'm not gonna get into it. But what I have learned same thing with Anna and Elizabeth Holmes

[00:12:44] Getting adults to do what you want is not necessarily a crime

[00:12:51] You know and that's the sad part if you're over the age 18 and you give people everything in your bank account

[00:12:58] They didn't really steal it con man

[00:13:02] Is the one crime? I think you can get away with still because you can say hey, man

[00:13:07] I don't she just that chick just gave me all the money that guy gave me all the money

[00:13:11] I didn't steal anything. She took it out of her bank

[00:13:37] She says ex lawyer for Anna Sorak and is withholding deportation hearing records

[00:13:48] She's asking a judge to hold her in contempt for allegedly withholding recordings over deportation hearings and some of her personal belongings

[00:13:57] The 31 year old so how good I was a subject of the Netflix show inventing Anna

[00:14:02] Says lawyers. Audrey Thomas is violating a July 27th. Call on that she transfer all files of Sorak and

[00:14:10] To her new lawyer, but I'll get some found

[00:14:14] The lady sent by the way if you don't know what I'm doing, that's her

[00:14:17] I'm doing my impression of the accent of

[00:14:20] Whoever who's awesome who did I watch Julia?

[00:14:26] But I have seen real interviews with her on YouTube and she her accents vary because she's like a social path

[00:14:31] The lawyer had sent two patch batches of documents on August 8th and 9th to the new lawyer. She allegedly

[00:14:39] hasn't turned over any of the digital ordering

[00:14:42] Audio recordings of Sorak and immigration court hearings nor did the packages can say contain any of her personal belongings

[00:14:49] The lawyer says that she provided all the documents and has proof that she did

[00:14:55] Sorak and says Thomas has a vendetta against her for calling her an ungrateful bitch in the media

[00:15:02] She's made Sorak and it's previously made similar accusations against Thomas in her criminal case

[00:15:07] But the judge and she started her to file a separate lawsuit in order to pursue a contempt order against Thomas the court papers say

[00:15:14] Thomas told the

[00:15:16] The media that if Sorak and civil attorney would invest his time in getting documents from immigration

[00:15:22] He would have scared scared them months ago, but this is all part of his plan to blame me for his failure

[00:15:29] Yeah, I don't know about all that. I think she just stirs up shit to try to delay things speaking of which guess who else I

[00:15:55] A judge agrees to delay her sentencing

[00:15:58] over prosecutor

[00:15:59] misconduct concerns a judge a judge on monday agreed to delay sentencing

[00:16:05] Former theranos ceo, elizabeth holmes. Uh, I mean elizabeth holmes

[00:16:10] Everybody put on your deepest voice possible

[00:16:13] To try to do your impression of elizabeth

[00:16:17] US district judge edward devalia had scheduled holmes is sentencing for october 17th

[00:16:23] But in january in january a jury had found holmes guilty on four of 11 counts of defrauding investors in the former health care tech company

[00:16:31] With each count carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years

[00:16:34] But over the summer former lab theranos director adam rosendorf allegedly appeared at holmes's house to express regret over his testimony

[00:16:42] Saying the government tried to make everyone quote look bad

[00:16:48] That led holmes's attorney to request a new trial last month

[00:16:51] Nonetheless devalia agreed to hold a new hearing on october 17th to question rosendorf calling the accusations against the federal prosecutors

[00:17:01] Limited but serious

[00:17:03] Well, that makes me think maybe she ain't getting off them. It limited

[00:17:08] How many what do you mean? You went over there? What did the feds do?

[00:17:12] The allegation is possibly that the government may have engaged in misconduct

[00:17:16] This court takes this that seriously should devalia agree to hold up the verdict holmes's new sentencing

[00:17:22] Hearing could come as late as january, but she's out

[00:17:25] Right now enjoying life

[00:17:30] In july the partner sonny balwani the former president chief operating officer of theranos is in holmes's former romantic partner

[00:17:37] Was found guilty of all 12 counts of fraud. He's set to be sentenced november 15th. Well, happy Thanksgiving, sonny

[00:17:47] The theranos has gone. Um, it's gotten international attention. Blah blah blah was worth nine billion at one time

[00:17:53] Blah blah blah, but the whole thing was never viable and it never even worked

[00:18:59] That sounds like something from one of those movies like judging Amy or one of those shows

[00:19:07] Um, she sentence kyle young in u.s. District court in washington to the long term

[00:19:13] Noting that he had admitted to helping in the assault of a police officer in january 6

[00:19:17] She gave him credit for the 17 months

[00:19:19] He's been held since his arrest meaning he will probably serve six more years in prison

[00:19:24] All of this for what for one day for one man

[00:19:28] You don't even know and he wouldn't help you in a hot fucking minute

[00:19:33] Maybe they think he would

[00:19:35] I don't

[00:19:37] I I think

[00:19:38] He would sit home and eat chito bellito's

[00:19:41] I love them. Yeah

[00:19:44] You were a one-man wrecking ball that day of jackson said

[00:19:47] The sentences is among the longest handed down so far in the deadly capital riot

[00:19:52] Which halted the certification of joe biden's we know all this

[00:19:55] The harshest sentence of 10 years was given to a former that we already talked about that guy

[00:20:00] The new the old the former new york cop

[00:20:02] He assaulted

[00:20:04] A cop at the capital with a metal flagpole

[00:20:09] Young this guy kyle young cried as he apologized

[00:20:12] To the officer and said he wished he could take back his actions of that day. I hope someday you forgive me

[00:20:17] The cop who got hurt by this guy said

[00:20:20] He had a near-death experience

[00:20:21] He endured at the hands of the writers in which he was beaten and repeatedly shocked with a stun gun

[00:20:26] young admitted to handing

[00:20:29] A stun gun to another writer who used it. Yeah

[00:20:33] And he also admitted to grabbing the officer's hand as he struggled to protect himself from the attacking mob

[00:20:39] The attack ended this guy's career as a cop

[00:20:42] He told young that he should get 10 years in prison. What I hope you do at that time is I hope you suffer

[00:20:54] He originally faced more than a dozen charges, but it charges

[00:20:57] But entered a plea of a single charge of assault of an officer. He went to the capital with his 16 year old son

[00:21:04] And a

[00:21:05] And video played by federal prosecutors indicated young took part in a fight on the capitals lower west west terrace

[00:21:11] Including at one point throwing a heavy speaker that hit another writer drawing blood

[00:21:16] He used a strobe light to impair officers vision and at one point

[00:21:20] Gave it to his son allowing him to directly participate in the fighting a point the judge used to illustrate her disgusted his actions that day

[00:21:28] Then he's got three years of unsupervised

[00:21:30] under supervised

[00:21:33] Uh

[00:21:34] Which call it

[00:21:35] Afterwards

[00:21:36] So he's got three more years of probation when he's done

[00:21:39] You're the one one of the most serious ones in my caseload

[00:21:42] She said you were personally involved and instrumental to one of the most horrific tax on officers

[00:21:46] Incased in the building. I seldom in my years on the bench have been presented with anything like this

[00:24:53] The facebook scrambles to escape the stock's death spiral as users flee

[00:25:03] A year ago before facebook had turned to meta the social media company was sporting a cap of 1 trillion

[00:25:08] Putting it in a rarefied territory with the us of handful tech giants today. It looks so much different

[00:25:14] Um, how long ago investors are not enthusiastic about uh, meta

[00:25:19] Well the company

[00:25:21] and

[00:25:22] The way they're dumping the stocks says some observers questioning if the downward pressure is actually a death spiral

[00:25:29] From which meta cannot recover

[00:25:31] I'm not sure there. Yeah, I'm not sure there's a core business that works anymore at facebook said laura martin of needom

[00:25:37] The only analyst among 45 tracked by the fact set with a sell rating on the stock

[00:25:43] Mm-hmm

[00:25:45] Nobody's suggesting they're going out of business. However, the company still has a dominant position in the mobile advertising

[00:25:51] Um and has one of the most profitable business models on the planet

[00:25:55] Even with the 36 drop from last quarter they generated 7.6 billion dollars in profit and ended with 40 billion

[00:26:02] um

[00:26:03] In cash and marketable

[00:26:06] securities

[00:26:07] The company's slowest growth forever do was 2020

[00:26:11] There was something else so meta has been trying to mimic tick tock with reels now. I tried reels

[00:26:17] Well, it told me I can make 1200

[00:26:20] It's a trick. I'm telling you guys because I did it now. I don't do it anymore

[00:26:24] So the first couple videos they paid me like 35 bucks. I was like

[00:26:29] And then the next one's got like seven cents

[00:26:32] I'm like, well, what happened? Do you not like those ones later?

[00:26:36] And they're like, oh, you may notice that your first videos will pay a lot more than the rest to get everybody going
