Abigail makes her hosting debut on the Mesh, sitting down with Bandits on the Run, a three-piece band from Brooklyn, NY who can be described as a nostalgic, and even mystical experience. Sydney Shepherd, who sings and plays the cello as one of the Bandits, last joined us 3 years ago as a solo artist. Sit back and let the Bandits on the Run steal you away for a while.

Moose and Abigail sat down on location with the members of Porch 40 before their performance at Granite Falls Brewing. Puling influences from an array of genres, Porch 40, from Cullowhee, NC has a rapidly growing fanbase and are currently touring the southeast supporting their new album “Spread it Heavy”.

Andrew Moose, a former guest on I’m With The Band, returns as host to welcome The Quick Walkers to the MESH studios. The Quick Walkers are a western NC based folk duo made up of Abigail Taylor on vocals & uke and Jordan Gibbs on guitar & vocals. In the I’m With The Band tradition they chat with Andrew and share a couple of tunes.

I’m With the Band has a much-anticipated return with Charlotte, NC based vocalist, and songwriter, Holly Lorette. From her Southern upbringing to her mesmerizing melody, this lady has a musical charm for days. Alan sits down with Holly and her Producer Eric Lovell to learn a little and listen a lot!

Mary-Margaret sits down with college friend and all-around good guy, Andrew Moose. As frontman of The Woodersons, he’s the one that’s comfortable behind the mic. Moose fills us in on life playing big, small, old, new, whatever the gig maybe – because they’ve been there. The Woodersons are making their name known in the growing Hickory music scene — and after you hear him sing, I think you’ll know why.

Newland NC’s own have formed a new band of rock… we welcome members of A Time Devised to the studio for this I’m With the Band episode. It’s taken them a few tries, but they are where they feel comfortable and playing the shows they want to play. Writing their music and getting a taste at recording, these guys are performing soulful rock and roll for a wide variety of audiences.

Singer songwriter Kyle Vincent joins Chad in the MESH studio on this latest episode of “I’m With The Band”. Kyle signed to MCA as a solo artist and recorded his album “Trust”. This led to being the opening act for Barry Manilow on the “Greatest Hits and Then Some” tour. Some have called him the “Crown Prince of Soft Pop” and now it’s our turn to go behind the scenes with him.

Host Chad Austin sits down with Statesville, NC singer/songwriter Tim Galliher and discusses everything from Ramen Noodles to playing with Jim Avett, father of The Avett Brothers. Tune in and hear what Tim has to say and listen as he shares some of his music (one song which he just wrote two days before the recording!).
