“Leadership GPS” discusses the “abnormal” side of leadership

The second episode of Leadership GPS is online and ready for your listening pleasure.  Alan and Tony Jackson discuss how being a good leader sometimes means acting in a way that is uncomfortable or “abnormal” for some people.  This episode spends a lot of time talking about public appearances and speaking/presentation styles.  Click this link to visit the Leadership GPS page and listen to the episode.

Interesting note: Alan uses Apple CEO Steve Jobs as an example of a strong leadership style throughout the episode.  This episode, however, was recorded the day before Mr. Jobs announced he was stepping down from his leadership role at Apple.  Interesting timing, huh?
