Okay, you just think hard. Steam room.

What is it? Come on. All right. So number, let's say three was grocery shopping. Hey, I can get behind that. This is interesting, right? So they put their headphones in, go to the Lowe's or whatever grocery store they might be, grab a cold one, you know, at the beer den and then just walk up and down the aisles grocery shopping. But you know what that is more than anything?

[00:02:25] It's like when you see somebody and you don't want to talk to them, you're like, I've got my AirPods. How many times have you used that? I've got my AirPods. I can't hear you. Sorry. I'm on a phone call. I'm on a phone call. Next time around, I'll get you. Yeah. I love that one. You do it all the time. I know you do. I love that one. We had another one that I thought was funny. It was like, at the office, trying to pretend I'm working. Okay. They're at the office. They've got it going on. Head down. Yes. Keep keen. Just keep going big fan, big fan, big fan. Yes.

[00:02:54] Anyway, the big fan audience is growing. It is. I'm going to tell you a story about my last couple of weeks of vacation. And one part of it was with my, I'll just go ahead and start there. So the middle of the last two weeks, I went, took Olivia and Mevin to Florida, Point of Vidra, Jacksonville beaches. Yep. That was her trip in contrast to the 17 days in Portugal. Olivia got three days. Olivia got three in Florida. Yes.

[00:03:23] Olivia, I'm fighting for you over here, honey. Oh, Olivia, we love you. And Lucy Rose got 17 in Portugal. But anyway, so we did that trip and we'll talk just briefly about that. I said it was awesome. And then I came back and did a trip with college buddies and not just college buddies that I normally see. I'm talking about college pledge brothers that I met in 92 and some of them I haven't seen since 96. Wow. Right. And then from that trip, I left Sunday morning and jumped back in the car in Hickory at 930 and we went back to Oak Island. So it's been a whirlwind. It's been awesome. Wow.

[00:03:53] But what I wanted to say about that, some of the guys, tell me how you've done this before, like you haven't seen some friends maybe in 10 years or 20 years or whatever and you're a little anxious, a little, have a little anxiety because you haven't seen them in this case 30 years. I haven't seen some of these dudes. What I remember of them was our pledge class was really tight. We were like a very, we had strong bonds. We all kinds of different folks.

[00:04:19] We had farmers, we had engineers, you know, we had singers and dancers and printers and athletes and we all just came together for that one semester. It was awesome. And so it took about three minutes, you know, so we all get there and we're all kind of like, what's up man, give a little hugs and three minutes, bam, we're in it. It's incredible. But out of that, so I think 17 or 18 folks came to the thing at Lake James and Oh, it was at Lake James.

[00:04:48] It was at Lake James for the weekend. And so a lot of them, you know, they, some of them knew that we had a podcast, but some of them had no clue. So immediately they downloaded. So at least we got eight new listeners last weekend and a couple of responses back like this is actually entertaining. Okay. So anyway, we'll get to that trip. Let's start. If you don't mind. Sure. Hank, let's start Jacksonville, Jacksonville. We drove, we drove, which Michael Banks, I saw him the other day and he's like, so how'd you get to Jacksonville?

[00:05:18] Do you fly or hire a, hire a driver? I was like, what do you mean? He's like, you know, you ain't driving. You don't drive nothing. You ain't driving anywhere. What are you talking about? You're driving to Jacksonville. And I was like, Michael, you know, for my daughter, I'm going to do it. Okay. So we piled in the truck, uh, or actually family truck, family truckster, but I actually took my little car, which come to find out is a very poorly ability to sleeping car in the back seats. Cause the girls try to sleep. And can you imagine sleeping in that? That's a terrible decision. You got a tow. Oh, I felt so bad for them.

[00:05:48] Cause I would see them and I'll just go ahead in the story here. The last night they decided they did not want to go to sleep. They wanted to stay up all night, see the sunrise, eat breakfast and get in the car and sleep back and sleep back the way home. Which would seem like a great idea. Brilliant idea. As I'm driving and looking in the rear view mirror, literally they're fidgeting. They're cussing. Are you guys, they are just very uncomfortable, which just tickled me to death. You're a terrible person.

[00:06:18] Sometimes I slam on the brake. You're a terrible person. But anyway, it was your backseat. They were both in the backseat. Both in the backseat. I mean, you cannot fit two humans in there. Yes, you cannot. I mean, and they were trying to sleep back there. I have no idea how they, that's crazy. I don't know how to use that. But anyway, so we'll start. We leave Hickory. I'd seen you, where I had, I'd seen you prior to me leaving. Anyway, I know what it was. Thursday night, you were home alone. I was. And you texted me and said, hey, are you up at the club?

[00:06:48] You want to have a drink? And I was like, I was leaving. You're already gone. Yeah. So I was leaving the next day. But anyway, hate I miss that drink. But we jump in the car, we cruise, we make our first stop in Savannah. However, before Savannah, we hit the Buc-ee's. You know, I don't know if you're a Buc-ee's fan or not, but Olivia has been to Buc-ee's once. I think I've been to Buc-ee's twice. And my plan is always at Buc-ee's. We'll go in, just grab a slushie or a drink or a peanut and then get out.

[00:07:16] But normally we stay in there for at least an hour going up and down the aisles, looking at the jerky and looking at the barbecue and the brisket and the pizzas and the burritos and the ham sandwiches and everything that's known to man in there. Have you been to a Buc-ee's? I have been to a Buc-ee's. Yeah, so what do you think on a scale of one to ten of beaver tails? I think it's like Walmart in a convenience store had a baby. Yes. And there's a lot of beavers in there. Yeah, a lot of beavers.

[00:07:42] But I will tell you, their beef jerky is where it's at. Is it really? Oh, it's where it's at. But I feel like it's funny because I feel like everybody leaves with an article of clothing. Yeah. Or maybe like a duvet cover. Yeah, or a cooler. Or a hat or a sweatshirt. Some type of odd or a tent. Some dude was leaving with a tent, a Buc-ee's tent when we were there. Anyway, we make that our first stop. All right. And the girls are, I guess they call it vlogging this. They're videoing all this stuff everywhere we go. And so anyway, that was a lot of fun.

[00:08:11] So we leave the Buc-ee's, hit Savannah, get on those cobblestone roads that you're not really supposed to be driving on, I don't think. But I end up on one and they're like, Dad, I don't know if you're supposed to be on this road and people are walking just in front of us, behind us, left and right. And I'm just hitting this cobblestone road. What are we doing? I don't know. I think I took a wrong turn. Get off. Park the car. Go check out the hotel. It's lovely. Take the girls up to a place when I was in college called Wet Willies that's in Savannah. It's like a daiquiri place. Yeah. You know what I'm talking about?

[00:08:42] Haven't had one of those in 30 plus years. So I said, girls, if you don't mind, let me pop in here and get one. Got one. Girls, do y'all want one? Sure. You know, they said, give me one without alcohol. Okay. You know, that's the way they wanted to roll. I'm down with it. Go ahead and take care of that. We look out onto the river there. It was gorgeous. Ate dinner on this little balcony overlooking the river. And I said, all right, y'all, it's 11 o'clock. I'm turning in. Y'all are more than welcome to turn in or y'all can paint the town red.

[00:09:12] And they decided to go paint the town red. They come in at four o'clock in the morning. Four o'clock in the morning. Four o'clock in the morning. Yes. We leave, get up early the next day. Boom. On our way to Jacksonville. They're still vlogging. I get to hear all the stories of the night before. Vlogging. Savannah is, I wouldn't say that's the safest, safest place. No, it's not. Have you been there recently? I have been there and I would agree with you. And we have a good friend that went there for college. Yes. At SCAD.

[00:09:38] And I wouldn't say he's the greatest defender, but I would say that he would say that it would get pretty sketchy in different areas pretty quick. Yeah. So the girls walked around the streets for a little bit, maybe for about 45 minutes to an hour and it got kind of sketchy. So they dove into a, not Jersey Mike's, Five Guys.

[00:10:03] Five Guys in Savannah is open all day, all night long because they service the drunk crowd that comes in at two. So they were in there drinking milkshakes and the drunk crowd comes in at two and they just decided to stay in there till four in the morning at a Five Guys. Five Guys. What? Yes. And then they come back to the crib, take a shower, boom, we're off to Jacksonville. What? Yeah. At a Five Guys. You know, just watching the crowd come in and out.

[00:10:29] Two security guards with guns at the Five Guys in Savannah. That's ridiculous. Making sure nothing crazy goes on. Some, I think, I don't remember if it was Olivia or Mebin did say, that security guy looked like he was very high. So anyways, the security guards protecting the people very high. Anyway, so we go to Jacksonville and this brings me to my next adventure here, Hank. So I set up my little shaboomy on the beaches of Jacksonville. We bring our own chairs. You know, we pack our cooler.

[00:10:59] We got our sandwiches. We got our beer. We got everything we need. And I've got my five books, Hank, that you'll see in front of you. So real quick for the audience, for their listening pleasure, if they're readers, this is how we start our book selections. I have five books. I always start with the Las Vegas book wherever I go. First book, James Patterson, called What Happens in Vegas. Boom. This is a must read. It's about 300 pages. You can read it, I'd say, in one beach setting, right? Easy read.

[00:11:28] It talks about all the true stories of the people who make Vegas. So it's reality, you know, and it adds all like the gambling and the drinking and the debauchery that happens in Vegas. Boom. That's we finished that one first. Then we move. I mean, listen, listen, I am really impressed that you got through these books. Yeah. In that short amount of time. This is impressive. I only read at the beach. Okay. But I do some serious reading. I mean, we're talking about this. I mean, you're talking about right when you hit the beach. As soon as we stayed at the beach all day. All day. We don't come in until eight.

[00:11:58] So that's the first one. Always have to have a sports book. Second book, the Tiger Slam written by Kevin Cook. You can read this one in literally three hours. Okay. It talks about him when he came back. No, when he first started. I don't know if you remember what a grand slam in golf is winning all four majors. If you ask me a stupid question like that again, I will get up and I'll throw this book in your face. You don't know much about sports except for baseball. Are you out of your mind? So anyway. Are you out of your mind?

[00:12:25] He got the Tiger Slam, which means he held all four, but not in one current year. Do you understand? Shut up. Okay. Move on. That's three. That's a three hour one. Next, we went with one of my favorite. I've read it a couple of times. Seal Team Six. You know, it talks about the Navy Seal Sniper. Yeah. And when the Seal Team went in there to get Osama Bin Laden. Yeah. Incredible. Incredible book. That one will take you one beach day. One beach day. One beach day. Next, I'm sorry. Then we go to the fiction. Yep. This is fiction.

[00:12:55] This is called The Paleontologist written by Luc Dumas. It is a combo of Night at the Museum and Jurassic Park. Okay. Rolled into one. Rolled into one. This is probably a two day or two day read. How many pterodactyl bones? I'd give out of four pterodactyl bones, 3.75 pterodactyl bones. 3.75 pterodactyl bones. Pretty awesome. That is awesome. And then you wrap it up with, I always have to have a music book. Sure. This is Dave Grohl's The Storyteller, Tales of Life and Music by Dave Grohl.

[00:13:24] I didn't get through all of this because it was the end of the trip, but it's the first 100 pages, really solid. Nice. Five books, music, fiction, sports, Las Vegas, and military. That is what you go for on your vacations. Okay, Hank? Mm-hmm. Those are the five. Those five genres. That's what you go for. Okay. Perfect way to do a beach vacation. Now, back to Jacksonville. We saw the Odyssey at IMAX. A midnight showing.

[00:13:54] Amazing. In Jacksonville. Jacksonville has an IMAX screen. Okay. Saw it. I thought that, you know, they said it was really hard to get, I mean, I guess at midnight in Jacksonville on a Wednesday, it's not going to be too busy, but there were probably, if it held 300 people or 200 people, there are probably 150 people in there. Yeah. Have you seen it yet? I have not. Amazing. I mean, out of four swords, let's say, I can't think of anything else.

[00:14:21] I thought you were going to be like, the ship, the sail, out of four ship sails. Okay. Out of four Trojan horses, because the scene starts at the beginning of the Trojan War. Okay. Yeah. I'm giving it four. Four? Four. Four for four. It's my second favorite Christopher Nolan movie so far. Was there any problem with the length of it? Because I hear that it's a long movie. It's like what, 340 or something? No, it's 238. So it's not as long as like Oppenheim or anything like that. Okay. It's much shorter. Not at all. Okay.

[00:14:50] I mean, it kind of dives right into it. I will suggest to our listeners and to you, you probably haven't read The Odyssey since, I don't know. Middle school? Middle school. Yeah. Middle school or high school. Just Google it and kind of get the, re-read it. Don't re-read the book. Yeah. Just get a synopsis of what you did read because it'll help you when you're in there. Right. So that's always good. But must see for sure. I've heard that. I've heard it's a great movie. And seeing an IMAX even gave it a little bit more special feeling.

[00:15:18] Seen at midnight even added a little bit more and seen it with my daughter and her friends. That was amazing. Amazing. So besides The Odyssey, the rest of the time we just ate, drank, beach. We had a great pool that we went to and the girls would just kind of do their thing. I would turn it in by 10, 1030 after a long day at the beach. And then that would really was where their night would begin. Because they would sleep till two. You know, they get in there. So I've been at the beach since nine. When would you go to the beach at nine? I'd go at nine. So I'd get a cup of coffee.

[00:15:45] I'd get the shibumi all packed up in case they wanted to come and set my chairs down. Maybe hang out at the pool for a little bit. Hit the beach. Stay there all day. They come at two. Bring me a sandwich. Much, much, much. Then they'd hang out with me on the beach until it was time to go to dinner. Eat dinner. I'd come home, go to bed. Then they would go hit the town. I told you about their adventure. They stay up the last night. Don't go to bed. Try to sleep on the way home. Do not get any sleep.

[00:16:13] We roll back into Hickory Wednesday night at nine. Go to work Thursday. I think that's when I talk to you. Okay. I think. And then Friday is when Lake James trip starts. 48 hours from my home. It was Thursday night I talked to you. Yeah, it was Thursday. 48 hours with my homeboys. Got to see them. It's so cool when you get to see some friends that you haven't seen in a while. And dude, they all turn out good and normal. Like nothing crazy. Yeah. They're just like. Yes. Good.

[00:16:42] Awesome dudes. Yeah. Great families. You know, great jobs. Flourishing careers. Flourishing careers. I mean, again, from farmers to, I mean, all, it runs the gamut of what everybody's doing, but everybody just seems so happy. I mean, it was just awesome. Nice. So it took me back to those wonderful days of college and all that stuff. And so a couple of things that I did learn. So who, I always got this, the date wrong. Hootie and the Blowfish did play lawn party at Delta Sig.

[00:17:11] I think I've told you this. You might've even been there. Uh, when were they there? Ninety. Ninety five fall. Cause it was my senior year, which my, I graduated 96 summer. So I was there. I was there. And then the next, the next year was Dave Matthews or was Dave Matthews there with. No. So we never had Dave Matthews at lawn party, but he was by this time. No, no, no, no, no. That was a, it wasn't a lawn party. I was there for your lawn party with, um, Hootie. Hootie.

[00:17:39] It was, uh, what was the other festival that was in Raleigh? It was huge. A festival in Raleigh. That was huge. Dave Matthews would always play there for sure. And at Walnut Creek is what they called it, but I don't think it was a festival. Blues travelers. Well, that was the horde. Horde fest. That's what it was. Horde fest. Yes. That's what I remember. Okay. That was 95 too. That was a 95, 96. Yeah. Something like that. Yeah. Great. Great.

[00:18:06] But anyway, I always thought I told this story to everybody who would listen that Hootie played lawn party on Saturday and then they rushed him to David Letterman for Monday's David Letterman show. So we got Hootie before David Letterman, the world got them, right? Mm-hmm. Which it was turned out to be false. So he was on, they were on Letterman two weeks before lawn party and then they came to lawn party and they said at lawn party, I mean, it's a pretty big event, but they

[00:18:36] said there were 48,000 kids at lawn party. What? 48,000. That's crazy. Is that even possible? But anyway, that's, so we were just talking about all those old memories from college and that was one of them. Um, but anyway. Wow. Yeah. So just, oh, there it is. There it is. That's sick right here. Our producer Moose has found it. Um, there's, we've got pictures of it, uh, of the actual lawn party of all the people just having a time. We have video. It's, it's great.

[00:19:05] So we've got to spend that for spend that 48 hours together. And then I come home, uh, get up at eight o'clock on Sunday after two really long nights and get back home, jump the car. Jennifer drives to Oak Island. Of course she does. We leave at 10. Boom. We're back in the car for a week. Got back on Sunday. Brings us here on this Wednesday. So it was a hell of a like 12 day run. That's a big run right there, dude. Fantastic run. That's a great run. And then anyway, so tell me about y'all had a great little. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:19:33] So we went, we went the night that I called you, I was by myself cause Reagan and Harris, uh, went up to the mountains and, um, you know, we, we don't get up there as much as we should. And it's amazing because of the temperature. Yeah. So we went up there. Um, he brought somebody with him, which was cool. And, you know, when you start talking about like driving golf carts, uh, no leash to go hike, do whatever you want.

[00:20:03] It makes the trip really cool. Like we went on a couple of great hikes. Um, we did the mountain coaster. Do you, you know, the mountain coaster all about it? We haven't done it, but a bunch of my other friends have done it. They liked it. Okay. So I don't know about you, but at 49 years old, the equilibrium's not the same that it once was. And I think we've talked about this, like a coaster can bang you up. Yes. Yes. All right. It can ruin your day. The whole day. The whole day.

[00:20:30] So I, uh, we go in to do this and, uh, everybody's wildly excited except for me, your boy. I'm like, all right. And they're like, Hey, you really, you can either buy one ride, which takes about three minutes or you can buy three and go back to back to back. And I was like, man, I don't know about this. Before you tell me about it, when's your last trip to like caroines to a theme park amusement park that you've ridden? Hollywood baby 45 years ago. That's a big difference.

[00:20:59] When you get our age, the roller coaster back then fun. Oh yeah. Yeah. Even up to my forties. I was like, man, I love a good roller coaster. I still love them too, but I haven't been on one in a while, but continue. So I'm like, all right, we're going to do all three back to back to back. And you know, I don't know if you know much about the coaster, but it's got handles on the side and if you push them straight down, you're going to get max speed. Right. And once you hit 27 miles an hour, it'll slow you down. Okay. But max speed is different for different people. Your boys, two 15.

[00:21:29] Right. Right. So when gravity starts hitting, I get up to speed pretty quick and I might actually catch Reagan who's in front of me. Right. So I got, I might have to feather the brakes a little bit. What are the chances that you could fly off the coaster? I'm going to tell you the first time I went down, I was like, I'm just going to hold it down. Yeah. If it's going to stop me, it's going to stop me. Right. So I hold it down. Max, max, max speed. Yeah. And I went about round turn three going probably 27 miles an hour.

[00:21:57] I didn't, I thought we might have a, have a problem. Would that not be something? I thought we were going to have a problem. So, uh, we went through the first time and you know, the first G fierce G's you pull in that first turn, they're just tough on you. Right. So I get down the bottom and I'm like, dude, I might have bored. And you know, all three, the three are in front of me. Like here's his, uh, friend and Ray. Yeah.

[00:22:23] And so, um, I'm sitting there and I'm like, I might get off this thing. And I'm like, I can't do that, man. Everybody will make fun. Are they already in line ready to go again? Is that how it works? You sit, you stay in it. Oh, you don't ever get off of it. You don't get off of it. And so like the other funny thing about that is like, you'll come in and they'll just punch your ticket and you'll stay in there. And you like, you drive right past the people that have been waiting and you know, they've been waiting for like 45 minutes and they're like, Oh, Oh, look, honey, there's three. That's Oh, these, these people are. These guys.

[00:22:50] And so, you know, you go back up and, uh, I knew better. I'm going to tap the brakes a couple of times to slow me down, but I got off there. And like you said, I was done for the day. Hey, my equilibrium was off. It's a mother getting old. It is straight back to the house and get on the couch. Right. Just lay down. And I had to go to the grocery store and go on a hike and you know, all that stuff. But, um, but we did that and, um, went on some good hikes, like I said, but, and then,

[00:23:19] you know, the other thing is, is I don't, the mountains are kind of funny because there's like fine dining and then there's like, you know, like a little bit of everything, but I'll think of Boone as being like super fine dining. I think it's like banner elk and bone rock and Boone's kind of like a college town. So I think if it's like sandwiches and stuff like that, right. We went to a place that, uh, it's called the beacon that was really good. And, uh, I was sitting in this place and I was like, well, I feel like I've been here before.

[00:23:45] And as it was getting darker on the evening, it was getting darker inside. And I was like, I believe this is where Nate banks had his first concert, like his rap concert. Do you remember when Nate? Aponymous? Anonymous. Yeah. Aponymous. Yeah. I had his CD for a while. I did. Yeah, I did too. So I was sitting at dinner and I had this like epiphany and I was like, there's a stage over there. Everybody was kind of jamming over here.

[00:24:14] So, uh, it was a flashback when we were there. How long ago was that? You think? Was he debuting the CD or what was he doing? I think he was debuting. Yeah. He was unveiling it. Did you go up there? No, I didn't go. I just had it. And I remembered hearing about him unveiling the CD. Yeah. I mean, probably early two thousands. Gotta be, you know, I gotta be because I graduated college in 99 and it was probably a couple of years after that. Cause he lived with us after he lived with Michael and I, after, um, we got home from

[00:24:43] college, he lived in a town home with us and he was in high school. Wow. I know. And so he, uh, after he, you know, he went to New York and kind of chased his dreams. So I bet you it was 20, it was probably two. Yeah. Like, I mean, Oh two. Crazy. Oh three. But it's, that's crazy. Yeah. Anonymous. Yeah. I got a little bit of a feeling when you were there, you're like something happened in here. But it was a great mountain trip. Um, always good to get away. I mean, you know, we, this summer has been crazy cause of baseball and what, you know,

[00:25:13] we've been traveling a whole lot. So it's always kind of nice to kind of get a different kind of scenery beside you. Yeah. Cool. Well, that's great. I mean, I'm going to pry, but you said Harris had a friend. Yeah. So I mean, yeah, yeah. That went well with friend. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, Ren. Yeah. It was a lot of fun. Um, you know, but it's, it's funny because when you're 16, you're not like planning for anybody.

[00:25:40] You're like, you know, they're like, let's go on this hike. And I was like, let's make sure this hike is like not treacherous. Cause I know you guys are going to try to make it and that's fine. But a old man back here may not want to go. We've already risked the old man's life on the roller coaster. Let's don't risk it on the hike. Right. Some fishing was done. Oh, well, okay. Any whoppers? I didn't catch any whoppers. I don't know if anybody under the age of 70 says whoppers. Oh, well, I'm barely under the age of 70.

[00:26:08] So anyway, before we leave the vacation thing, let me highlight just a couple of things that Oak Island, uh, this was awesome in the grocery store. See a daughter, John Wade's daughter is walking through the produce section as I'm walking through the produce section. She is now graduated from college. She's no longer a little girl. She's 23 years old. So I'm walking and I'm look at her at the corner of my eye. I'm like, I think I know her. I think I know her. She's doing the same thing. I think I know him. I think I know him. We pass each other by the cucumbers and then immediately stop and turn around like,

[00:26:37] aha, I do know you and give big hugs. And that was good to see her. It was way down there. No, he, she was with her boyfriend's family who has a place just a mile from Jennifer's folks. Gotcha. So that was fantastic. Uh, ate some really good food. Nope. That's what I want to tell you. These nuts are officially out of business. I already tell you that last year. I can't believe it. I thought they would make a comeback, right? But no these nuts, which was such a new hat. Went to the place to locate a hat.

[00:27:06] Just couldn't find one that was appealing. Really? Yes. And I did all these traditions. I know. We did all the stuff that we normally do. I just didn't follow through with two of them. We did your body serve. Uh, I definitely bodied serve. I didn't boogie board, but body surfed. So down there, the rip currents were really bad at all the beaches. Three people died down there. Oof. Yeah. Two at Holden, one at Cherry Grove, and they had the red flags in. So we would get in, but you could feel the current. I mean, it was very powerful. Uh, but anyway, you got to do all this stuff.

[00:27:35] Got to putt-putt, you know? I love that putt-putt. Got to get a little arcade over there. All that fun stuff. Uh, so that was a great trip. You did the putt-putt near the food line? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love that one. They were in bad shape. Oh, yeah. Like an elephant didn't have its trunk. And then the giraffe's head was cut off. The zebra would have half a face. Yes. Half of it was painted like a horse, the other half like a zebra. But, uh, they replaced all the animals, so they've got it in good shape over there at the Jungle Golf.

[00:28:05] Unfortunately, the arcade still has the same games it's had for the last two decades. So, I mean, they've got like the original Dragon's Lair or whatever, you know? Dragon's Lair? That old game from the 80s and the 90s. They had to make a decision? Decision. Left means this decision, right? You're going through the corridor and right, you're jumping down the goblin's face or something? Night of the Living Dead, which I looked at the date, it said 1992. Paperboy? I wish they would have paperboy. 720? Love it. Those of you talking about all the center games. Foundation center games.

[00:28:35] John Elway? Yeah, bingo. But anyway, it was a fantastic trip. Before I get away from the nostalgic part of the Lake James trip, you know how I am and shoot, you are too. When you get together with your friends, especially if it's late night, you're going to sing. So we're late, we're singing a song and Randy Travis just happens to come on. My love is deeper than the holler. You remember that song? I remember Randy singing that. Okay. I beat this guy.

[00:29:04] Well, anyway, me and my homeboys from college, we were all singing it and it reminded me, when I was a freshman in college, have I told you Jim Morrison, my roommate, his uncle was Randy Travis. Really? Have I not told you this story? No. I had forgot all about this story, but we're talking about freshman year, sophomore year. So my freshman year, I lived in this dorm on East Campus called Becton, which is where the 20 plus year old people that are still in school and that don't have a, they don't stay in an apartment. They stay in a dorm lived.

[00:29:34] And so my dad, of course, drops me off as a freshman. I'm the first person fricking on the campus. He's got to, I gotta be the first person there. And then he just splits, you know? So I'm sitting there by myself for a day or two until everybody gets to school. And then the day before school starts, my roommate still has not shown up. I hear jingling of the keys. The dude comes in. It's dark. So I'm asleep and I see the light and I see a guy walk in. He's got a guitar on his back and he's quiet. He puts the guitar back down.

[00:30:01] We've got the beds that are like, what do they call them? A loft kind of thing. Yeah. So I'm on the bottom one and he just climbs the ladder and he gets into the thing. So we don't say anything. I go to class early the next morning. He's still in bed. So a day passes that we haven't even met yet. That's crazy. Isn't that wild? Because we're just passing like chips in the night. Our kids could not deal with that. Exactly. They have to have like besties by the time they get to school. They've communicated with each other on social media 38 times before they get to school.

[00:30:30] But anyway, so I think it was like day that evening. I was pledging a fraternity too. And so I come back from all the stuff and it was late and he happened to be up and he was strumming his guitar. Yeah. And I said, hey man, I'm Chaddy's not from here. I'm just full of energy. You know, I'm freshman two days into school. I just I just turned 18. I'm barely 18 years old. Yeah. And I was like, hey man, this is awesome. School's fun. Blah, blah, blah. And I was like, I'm from Hickory. These are things I like to do. Tell me about you. And he just strum that guitar.

[00:31:01] Brang. He was brain dead. I mean, he just I don't know if he was thinking about what to say or whatever. And he was like, my name's Jim. I'm Jim Morrison. And he looked up at me and I was like, Jim Morrison, like the doors. He's like, yes, but I'm not from the doors. Blah, blah, blah. From Statesville, North Carolina. I'm 22 years old. This will be my senior year. And, you know, I'm an engineer, blah, blah, blah. And then we just keep talking some more and we start getting to know each other.

[00:31:28] And, you know, he's not like me and I'm not like him. But we form a bond. And he tells me. And another thing a lot of people don't know about me. I try to keep it quiet that Randy Travis is my uncle. And I was like, you got to be kidding me. Why would you have to keep that quiet? Because he's this guy. National security. He's so shy. He's so introverted. I don't think he ever wanted anybody to know anything about him. He was the shyest dude I've ever met in my life. Shyer than you in elementary school? Yes. Well, equal, equal, equal shyness.

[00:31:58] So after a week goes by, you know, I get through all my pledge stuff and me and him, he'll because he has a car. And so he can drive, you know, to go out to eat. And so we're driving around, get to know each other more. And I said, man, I'm gonna make a deal with you. I said, you're 22. That means you can buy alcohol. Correct. And he was like, yes, I can. And I said, let's make a deal. Let's shake on this. I'll take you to every party. I'll take you everywhere I go. This guy thinks he's connected. Look at this guy.

[00:32:28] I mean, I was, I mean, I was falling into all these, you're freshmen. You're discovering all these wonderful new people, these new places, these parties. I mean, I was. Enlighten me. You're telling this guy you're gonna open all these doors for him. Exactly. That's exactly my point. I said, I would take you to every party I go. Just like if I need a fifth of vodka or 12 pack of Miller slide or B slide or whatever. I was like, do you mind? Just get it for me. He was like, deal done.

[00:32:57] So throughout pledging, when I went to and pledging stuff, I'd take him to all the parties that were like the freshmen would go to. He'd bring his guitar some, you know what I'm saying? He wouldn't talk, but he would bring his guitar. And so we'd go to the different parties and back then. You know how weird that would be? It's just a guy show up to a house party and just starts playing a guitar when they've got like gin and juice playing in the background. That's so true. But you know, he wouldn't like break it out unless like we had been there for a little bit. I'm like, Jim, break out your guitar and sing a little bit. And these aren't like huge parties.

[00:33:26] This is where you'd go to the dorm rooms of your buddies or people that you have met, you know, and just hang out and stuff. And so anyway, we get through that semester and this is no bull. I was talking to my dudes that were at the Lake James thing. I was like when I moved out of the dorm after the freshman year and I moved to University Towers, which is a little bit nicer place. And Jim stayed and other guy that was a pledge brother or Charlie Norman. Do you remember? He was on our same dorm at Beckton.

[00:33:54] I said, man, after I left, I lost contact with Jim. Did you still hang out with him? He was like, dude, that dude turned into a frickin party rager. He was a party animal. And I'm like, what? He's like, yeah, he would he would actually create the parties on the dorms at Beckton like he get a cake and stuff and bring that. And before he would he never even drank a beer. I think this is I think what I stole this from Rudy. Look what I remember. Rudy had that tutor. Remind me about this. Yeah.

[00:34:24] What's his name? John Favreau or something like that. He was his tutor and all he wanted. He wanted he wanted him to get him with girls. And by the end of the movie, he's this big stud partier. That's he just made this story. Call me Rudy if you like. But he already do. Get no playing time and all that. That sucks. Hey, well, anyway, that was the story. And I did not think of it until I was with all that group of folks because I just hadn't thought about freshman year in a long time. But anyway, freshman year was great. Incredible time. God.

[00:34:52] Freshman year was amazing. Yes. It was an eye opener in such a good way. Sure. I mean, I think that that's what when we were walking through Elon a couple months ago, we were going right to the middle of campus and I was telling Harris, he was walking with me, I said, this is where a buddy of mine fell on inline skates, rollerblades and lost half of his chest. You know, like just scraped all of it.

[00:35:19] And then I was like, and then we would turn our speakers in our room outside and we play volleyball right here. And he was like, you guys are dorks. Yes, they were Harris. Yes, they were. No doubt about it. Oh, so good. So good. So good. So good. Well, anyway, that kind of wraps up our vacation. Sure. Yeah. Because you know what time it is now. School time. It is school time. So my daughter, Olivia, she just left this senior. Yes. Left for her senior year in college.

[00:35:47] So they, I guess class starts in a couple of days, but she left today at noon. She, this is kind of cool on her way though. She's going to Columbia and then they're driving back tonight. Have you ever heard of the artist named Kesha? Yes. Tick, tock, pop, pop, pop. You know what I'm saying? I'm not a big fan, but Lucy Rose and Olivia love this artist. So Olivia is coming back. Lucy Rose is going with her dance friends. They're going. So they're meeting at Charlotte tonight so they can all see Kesha together. That's awesome. And then Olivia is going back to school and this starts her senior year.

[00:36:17] So can I ask a question? Yeah. She is, her degree is marine biology. Yes. Right. So will that take, will she do any more school after that? I mean like what is her, her path now? We talked about it at the beach a lot because she doesn't, she's not really confident. She said what she might do, she knows she's probably going to have to go to grad school and she can go to Hawaii, which would be amazing. Yeah. Like, do you have to like, do you have to like go specific, like, okay, I'm going to do this type of, or.

[00:36:45] I think it can be more general when it comes to marine biology. Like it can be general for grad school. I think, I mean, I don't really know. She's going to have to be like, I'm a giant squid kind of girl. Yeah. Or a shark girl or an eel girl. I don't think so. Okay. I think she could be more general, generalizing. So she said, I have been thinking, I think I want to try to work for a year, see if she can get a gig. Yeah. And then make some money. Yeah. And then go to grad school after a year. Would that be like at a zoo or. Possibly. Like an aquarium.

[00:37:13] Or it could be at a university as a teacher's assistant. Sure. You know, something like that. Yeah. So anyway, that's what, those are the things we discussed. And so she's not quite sure, but at least we've got a couple options. So thanks for asking. Nice. I know she's really excited. She's really excited about her senior year. Awesome. She loves Columbia now. You know, at first it started kind of eh, it was kind of iffy, but she's really turned it around and just, she loves it there. So I'm so happy for her. Then we're talking about Lucy Rose. What are you going to do? Now it's your senior year in high school. What are you going to do? Yeah. What's she going to do?

[00:37:43] So we wish to dance, will she pick some place that she wants to go? Small, big, big, who knows? And you know, where do you want to stay in North Carolina? Preferably if you can please. Or, you know, cause a lot of, exactly. So she was like, I don't know, dad, we'll figure it out. But you know, most of the people juniors, that's when you start doing all your, which she was dancing all summer. So she didn't get to go to all the places, the colleges, but she was on those trips with us with Olivia. So she's seen up eight different schools. Right.

[00:38:12] So anyway, we'll get down and dirty with it here soon. But yeah, it's just exciting. So Harris will be a junior. Lucy Rose is senior. Football is already, I think football games this weekend or jamboree or something like that. They do have a jamboree on Friday night. Yeah. Which will be cool. You know, it's now to the point now, it's now to the point where you know all these kids. Yeah. You know, and we've known them for a long time. Like we've known their families and everything, but these are kids that I coached in, you know, in rec ball and everything like that.

[00:38:42] So, I mean, it is kind of cool to watch kids that aren't yours, but feel like yours out there. Yeah. And you want them to have success. And when they do have success, it's amazing. And so, uh, yeah, football, uh, season will be here Friday, the jamboree. And then I guess the week after that, it's all first game. It's on. So the fur and like actually all the college kids, we were just talking about this before the podcast started. They're gone. I mean, those college kids, like if you were a freshman and you were rushing a fraternity

[00:39:11] or sorority, you left it like shoot two weeks ago or a week ago, you know? And then if you're for everybody else, their classes start Monday. So they're moving in. I mean, it's wild. I can, I can remember those times moving, moving them in. Yeah. I experienced that here shortly. Yeah, I know it's going to be here before you know it. I saw a young man that we know, um, his dad very well. And he was going to Carolina and, uh, he left today. I believe. Yeah. He left today.

[00:39:37] And I said, uh, so leaving today, when's class start? And he was like, uh, next Monday. Yeah. I said, okay. I stared at this young man and nothing but a big grin came across the space. I said, so what are we doing these next few days? He was like, oh, we've got some rush stuff. Yeah. I said, all right, how long is that going to take? He was like, it'll take some time. So I, you know, when he was walking out the door, I was like, you live big guy. Yeah. You live. Enjoy it. Enjoy it.

[00:40:06] Because it goes by fast. And before you know it, he'll be talking to his buddies. Remember 30 years ago when we were pledging together and we did this together and blah, blah, blah. I mean, it goes by like, cause I, you know, cause for years, like I was saying, talking about it with Ray is, you know, Harris now is in the position where he's got to get on a campus and say, Hey, do I like this campus or Hey, do I like this part of the country or Hey, do I like that? And, um, you know, it felt like a year ago. I was like, Oh, way too early.

[00:40:34] But you know, now it's here. Now it's here. Yes. Well, good luck to all the new college kids, uh, starting their freshman years or the ones that are ending their senior years and to the high school kids to their, their school starting very, very soon too. So anyway, Hank, now that we've got, Oh, I did want to ask you back when Harris was little because of the reason this, it reminded me of this, my tutu, my mom, that's what my daughters call their grandmother tutu.

[00:41:01] They all, she always takes them to get new kicks, new shoes for the school year. And so my guy to always kind of know the trends was your son. So what are the new shoes? You know, what are the, what's the new styles? And Harris, he even came and sat in with us on a podcast to tell us, you know, so do the kids still go school shopping with their parents? I mean, I don't, somebody has got to buy them their stuff for school. And I mean, you don't really buy school supplies much anymore, right? Well, I mean, yeah, you do for your school for, yeah.

[00:41:31] Like, okay. You know what I mean? Like your class, like, you know, you're like, Hey, these are the things that we need as a school. Got it. Um, so, you know, you're still doing that, but you know, what's so funny is Harris is into white, just all white. He's got a pair of Nike Pegasus. He's got a pair of, uh, on clouds. He's got a pair of Adidas, but they're all solid white. And are they, you buy them specifically for the new year as he's had those and just keeps them solid white. Well, he's got some that are kind of banged. Yeah.

[00:42:00] And then he's got some that are not as banged. And then he's got some clean ones that he's kind of holding. Love it. Right. And so he's got, you can tell what he's in getting into by doing that. Now, the funny thing is, is he doesn't really, he is. Yeah. I mean, you've seen Harris. He's gotten a lot bigger of late. And, uh, so every, I am a, I don't hold clothes except for t-shirts. Okay. And he has started to just decimate my t-shirt. Always go through your drawers.

[00:42:29] Oh, he's wearing everything and wearing a ton of stuff. And so it's like, it's driving Reagan crazy. Cause she'll be like, this is yours. Right. And I'm like, actually it's Harris is now, which he's like doing laundry. And so, but I mean, it is kind of funny because he's like the vintage t-shirt guy, but it's, but they're my t-shirts. They weren't vintage at the time you wore them. They were like current. Right. Now they're vintage. Right. Cause like he wore an Elon baseball shirt that I got issued my freshman year. Yes.

[00:42:55] But like, so for his shopping, it's like pulling teeth and girls and guys, I'm completely different. Sure. And so I was like, last night I was talking, I was like, do you need anything for school? And he's like, no, no, I don't. And I was like, seriously, like, he was like, well, I should probably get some shorts. I should probably get a couple of t-shirts and maybe some pants that those don't fit anymore. And I was like, okay, like, do you, where do we go get? Like, what kind do you want? Like, you got to have an opinion. And he's like, I'll just order them online. Yeah. And like, I'm like, well, where? And he's like, I don't know. We'll figure it out. And I'm like, school's next week, dude.

[00:43:24] And so, I mean, he just doesn't care anymore. Well, did you, I don't remember caring. Did you like in high school? It was just your shoes. It was just shoes. Like make sure we had a new pair of shoes. But we, but we, we talked about this last night, Harrison. I did. When we went to school in the, in the fall, like, okay, this week going in. Yes. You would wear khaki shorts. Right. Right. A belt. Maybe a polo. Yeah. Right. Maybe tennis shoes or maybe even dress shoes.

[00:43:53] I would wear, we wore these boots. Oh my God. We were so terrible. Timberlands. Timberland. Before Timberlands were Timberlands. It was like hiking boots. Yeah. But that was in the, you've asked, yeah, sundowners. Something like that. But did you wear those with shorts? We wore them with shorts. Everything. Yeah. Everything. So, but that was just really our senior year. Like junior year, we wore tennis shoes. Yeah. But like, and then like, yeah. You'd wear jeans. Jeans. Yes.

[00:44:20] Like in the fall, in the winter, you'd wear jeans and like a flannel or a button down. It's a Tommy Hilfiger. Of course. Of course. Button down or whatever. Absolutely. That blew his mind. Yeah. Because what do they wear? They just wear hoodies. The vast sundowners are what. Just like that. Just like that. Yeah. Cause they just wear hoodies all the time? In like, uh, athletic shorts. Yeah. In athletic pants. Right. And they're, they got it right. They're comfortable. Man.

[00:44:44] I remember, I would, I felt like I was, this is like on a Tuesday in January, my senior year. I felt like I was walking on a runway model. Yeah. I mean, I was, had this silk, damn shirt. Yeah. His black silk with little flowers on it. Do you remember how cold those silk shirts were? Oh God, yes. It was like, it was like air conditioning on you. Yes. But you'd have like some down jacket. Yeah. I'm telling you. I, we look, all of us. I mean, we, we looked apart. Everything always had, had buttons. I would always button it to the top.

[00:45:12] I'd wear jeans or like really tight slacks with, I mean, I'm telling you. Tight roll it. Exactly. It didn't look like we were like the kids today. It's all athletic. Yeah. It's all athletic. We looked sharp. We did look sharp back then. I mean, I'd love to see what the, our kids would think about us if they saw our wardrobe. Oh, it'd be ridiculous. Like what is wrong with you? But anyway, that's a trip. That is a trip. Uh, the other great thing that's going on Hank right now, now that we're through vacation

[00:45:38] season and the school season starting it's fantasy football season. It is that. So we have drafts coming up in the next couple of weeks. Our draft in Hickory is not this weekend, but the following. I've got another one with my Raleigh friends the next weekend. And then there's another online one that I'm doing at the very beginning of September. So if you have a second, let's just breeze through for all fantasy football listeners. Cause I know there's a ton of them that listen to the big fan that always ask us our fantasy opinions. So we'll just breeze through it real quick.

[00:46:07] So in a 12 man league, that's what we participate in. 12 guy. The Davey drives a Hummer league. We've been doing it now for 20. Can it be 26? No, it can't be 26 years. I think it's 21 years. I think it's 21. That sound right. It was right when Olivia was born. Wasn't it? I remember. Yes. I remember the poker game. Yeah. Yeah. But that didn't have anything to do with fantasy football. But the kids were just little. I mean, they were in cribs then.

[00:46:37] So let's say we've had this league for 21 years. It's a 12 man league PPR for all you fantasy heads out there. And here's the typical way that it's drafted. The number one draft pick is Jameer Gibbs running back Detroit Lions. Number two, B. John Robinson for the Falcons. Number three, Jamar Chase, Cincinnati Bengal wide receiver. Number four, Puka Nakua, LA Rams receiver. Number five, Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49er running back.

[00:47:05] Six, JSN Seattle Seahawks wide receiver. Seven. Ben, I got to remember what seven is real quick. So out of that, let's say, what is your draft position now while I look this up? You know where you're drafting? I think I'm six or seven. What would you think? Are you more wide receiver or running back dude?

[00:47:25] Well, where I fall is I wanted to say that I'm either Christian McCaffrey would fall to me, which he scares me because of injury, previous injury. Right. But he's also so dependable and he's their entire offense. As long as he's healthy, he will. He can win the league. You can win the league. But you know, it's all about his injuries. All right. So here we go. We'll start with that fifth again.

[00:47:53] We've got JSN Seattle. We've got Christian McCaffrey at six. We have Jonathan Taylor running back Indianapolis at seven. Amon St. Brown, Detroit wide receiver eight. They have I don't believe this one, but they they've got Derrick Henry at 12. Yeah, Lee. He's still alive.

[00:48:22] Yeah, I've seen I've seen like Ashton Gentty go at 12. I've seen Saquon Barkley go at 12. I say Brock Bowers. He's the tight end for the Raiders. You know, I've seen him go late first round anyway. So that's kind of how it boils down to the first round typically goes. We'll see. You know, I'm drafting for you. You're going to what do you like? You got a running back right there. Yeah. Well, the best wide receiver are really good. I'd love to have Jamar Chase there, but I think he's going three, which leaves Puka

[00:48:52] Naku at four, which I'm not too high on draft. They're not this year. He's had some stuff go on in the offseason. But anyway, it might be who I select because he's I mean when he's on and in and he they say might get suspended for a game for some really terrible stuff. He did in the offseason. But if he's healthy, I'm telling you, that dude's a monster. So we'll see. I look forward to our fantasy football draft. It's one of the most fun nights of the year. I think I think we could all the football sometimes like I think and I'll say this from my point of view.

[00:49:22] Life is just gotten in the way of being able to sit down and I used to research this stuff at length. Yeah, right. I used to mock draft after mock draft after mock draft and I just am not doing that as much as I once did. Yeah. And I think my football has suffered, but that night is worth every penny. So lovely. I think we've got even something some new special stuff on the agenda for fantasy football draft.

[00:49:51] Normally we start with the cornhole tournament and it's so funny. The same dudes will come in just struggling from the night before, you know, because we normally start in the afternoon like maybe two or three and the guys that had the draft but the night before they come in just basically vomiting everywhere. It's tough, tough day for them. Tough, tough, tough day. Cornhole and our friend Steven where we have the draft, he built a new place in the shade now, deck two. So we have two deck two. Deck two. We have deck one, which is the main one on the water and there's deck two that's in the

[00:50:20] shade. And so, you know, if it gets too hot, we'll just set up shop there. So we'll have cornhole. The loser has to buy the food and bring the booze and all that good stuff. We'll set up the board on the water. It is a really special night. The board on the water. The board on the water is pretty special. Cannot beat that. Yeah. We've got the mic set up. We've got our music playing. Everybody falls in their same little chairs and their same spots on the dock, preparing for the draft. We've got a new participant now who's going to join our main co-owner.

[00:50:48] He's going to help one of our owners with the draft this year. So anyway, man, I can't wait. Yeah. It's going to be awesome. It's so much fun. And I think the best part is all of us come in like giddy high school kids. Yes, we do. We do. It's big high fives, big hugs, a lot of energy. I just got goosebumps thinking about it. Oh, man. [00:51:16] That's what that event is supposed to be. And that's why it's lasted as long as it has. Sure. It's because we look forward to that day. Put you on the spot. Favorite fantasy memory. Let's keep names out of it. Let's just talk about situation. There's there's tons. There's tons of them. I mean, I don't know how to how to do that. I mean, we've had hammock fall over. We've had chase a lava. Yes. But iPad and cooler. iPad and cooler.

[00:51:45] Jumping in taxi cab with underwear on only. We had dirt naps. We had Chad save my life. Yes. I saved two not two lives that night. Oh, my favorite. We spend not again. Not again. Fantastic. We spend the night out at Stevens and we stay up to who knows what time. And one of our friends decides he wants to sleep on the boat and the boat is in the water. And so we're staying in a little cabin above where we get up really early.

[00:52:11] So we got to get back to real reality on Sunday, you know, so we get up at like 630. We looked down at the boat and our friend is sleeping on the boat and a huge heron is perched right beside him. Look, I mean, literally look like it could peck him. You know, that's so close. And that dude is just he's sleeping and a huge. So peaceful. And the heron is literally six inches from his face. And it is massive heron.

[00:52:38] I mean, just such a big bird right beside this young man. Oh, that's great. Do you remember? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. You know what I love too is do you remember the picture we took on Davies Hummer? Oh, it's the best picture ever. That picture. There's no better picture. It's like an N.W.A. CD. We try to look so hard. So hard. We're just not. We're not. But it is a great. It is a great picture. And then, you know, it's also the combination of do I eat now?

[00:53:09] Do we pick now? Do we eat? What are we doing? What are we doing? Cornhole. Should we swim now? Should we swim? Should we take the boat out? What should we do? I've got a really interesting situation because my niece has an engagement party that day. Oh. And it's in Shelby. Okay. Yes. And it's like from two to four. Okay. All right. That's cornhole time. Okay. So I told my mom the other day, I said, hey, we may have to drive two separate cars. Yes.

[00:53:36] And she was like, I don't know why we would do that. And I was like, well, I may have to leave to come do my fantasy football draft. And she was like, I don't know why you do that. So I've got a little bit of work to do to get back for cornhole. But we've got a co-owner now. We've got a sub. We've got a sub if needed. But believe me, I don't want to miss it. Of course. Well, Reagan and your mom could. I know. I know all the discussion. Okay.

[00:54:06] Just want to make sure. I know all the discussion points. So you didn't tell me your favorite. Leave names out. But give me your favorite memory and we'll get out of here. Well, I think because it was an early memory and I think about it with the league all the time is when we first started this. Yes. We weren't at the cabin we were at. We've jumped from place to place. Sure. We've gone different locations and we've been at bars and we've been at the tennis courts and we've been at the tennis courts. We've been at my house. We've been at your house. Yep. So I feel like all of those venues were great.

[00:54:35] But we had one venue where it's not hospitable to stay there. I mean, it's just nobody was doing it, right? Yeah. It was a cabin and it was pretty Spartan, right? Yes. To say the least. Oh, yeah. And so people were like, I'm going home. Yeah. But there was one gentleman that decided not to. Okay. Yes. And he's stressed. The cabin has no electricity, no electricity and it's hot and it's hot in August. It's hot.

[00:55:03] So he unbeknownst to anyone was awoken by the current owners of the cabin who is relatives of one of our fantasy football classmates here. And they woke him up while he was laying in the dirt looking like he had passed away. And these people, I think came just after church. They did.

[00:55:32] And to make matters even better or worse, he was leading a Boy Scout troop. He was meeting at the cabin after church at that time. Yes. And so, I mean, the Boy Scout troop was going to be there in three minutes. And so this gentleman tapped the fellow who was laying on the ground and said, buddy, you're going to have to get up, you're going to have to get out of the dirt and go home. Yeah. And so before the Boy Scouts. So dirt nap was probably my favorite. It's one of my favorites of all time. How about you? That, well, that one, I love the Heron story too.

[00:56:01] But anyway, the funny thing is the person that we're talking about was involved in the Heron story and dirt naps. You know what? He's involved in many other stories. Many other stories as well. But anyway, I can't wait, Hank. It's going to be great. Two weeks. We shall start our drafting. It'll be a week and a half actually. It'd be lovely. All right, man.
