Creating Wellness will dive deep with nutritionists, life coaches, therapists, fitness trainers, entrepreneurs, musicians, community leaders, artists, all types of women with exciting ideas about how we can support each other and support our own health. We will learn from the knowledge and experience of local women as we embark on this wellness journey together.
